@emoneyblue I suspect it's a similar process/idea as 'toping-up' a boiling kettle. Or the same idea as boiling potatoes for 20 mins :o)

@emoneyblue You can use a rotary dimmer, I sell those too. Thru Lutron. This will regulate a 1500 watt element
