In accordance to her wishes as testified by multiple witnesses she had said if she was ever in a condition like that to let her go. This case was all about the right to self-determination not "killing disabled people". This stuff happens all the time in America with feeding tubes and life support pulled by family members I don't see you breaking into hospitals and stopping this.

The title is deceiving. This lady was the personal lawyer for the Schindlers. Which meant she was paid to say what they wanted her to say. Its obvious she's making the story up Terri could have just as well said "I want to die" from the involuntary groans she let out. This lady has made up stories before.

There were other witnesses, including at least one police officer. What makes you think they all lied? And where did you get the idea that Barbara Weller ever lied about this or anything else? I've noticed those of you who support killing off disabled people are long on accusations and short on evidence. But I don't see you volunteering to be starved and dehydrated yourself.
