@xxpandafacexx the dispatcher has to keep the caller talking. It not only calms them but they can get more information to relay to cops. She can talk and send cops/SWAT at the same time.

The dispatcher is dumb as hell! Why does it matter where the fuck he is at on the 4th floor? Just send the SWAT team and they'd find his ass!
