My first intro to Star Control was this game when I was like literally nine years old.
These cutscenes scared the shit out of me at first, but I actually developed some fond memories of the K'tang. My only fond memories of this game, at all. I couldn't figure out what the hell was ever going on, even XD

Star Control 3 was a pile of dog shit.
However, these are the only race I can remember. Well, these and the Doogs, but mostly this one. A line has followed me for ages, though not very intact.. "I'll rip out your central nervous system and play the violin on it".. The only highlight of an otherwise supersucky game.

These guys were probably the most amusing of the (mostly failed) new batch of (now officially non-canon) aliens.
Most of the new guys either sucked or where kind of 'meh', but those guys where great.
