What a beautiful road. We don't have very many good mini roads in Mass : (

Well, i can tell you this, I would take a day off work once a month, 1 red light and a right turn from my car port and I was on this road on my CB 1000 custom Honda at 10:30 AM, sparse traffic and no stop till you reach the top! probably not the best ride but one of them.

Whats the big deal about this highway for Bikes?

The big deal for bikes is

1) It's a good climb and a good workout

2) it's insane going down. It would be easy to reach 60 MPH, just too dangerous.

3) It leads into Big Basin state park, and that's also a nice ride.

4) Skyline Blvd allows you to make a nice loop

5) Redwood Gulch leads to 9, and that's a murderous climb, and it's just downright dangerous to bike down, so bikes take 9 down.

WTF is with all the @#$@#$ cars is what I want to know? Why are you trying to kill all of us?
