Dont agree, the Lokrian scale can be applyed as a minor scale over a m7b5 chord. Espacially when playing II-V-I progression in a minor key. I know that the natural scale is the ionian scale for C, but it can also be bassed for example on D, using the same progression of the natural scale, and you'll get a dorian for D, which is minor. So basically the natural scale can be both minor and major depending on what note you're using. But I got your point and yeah it is incorrect to call the natural scale a major.
