They aren't under any illusions about Scotland being separate from Britain although there are some who wish to disolve the union, even they don't think that Britain doesn't include Sctoland. He says that Palestinian Arabs should be allowed to live alongside Jews as they have in historic Palestine for centuries now, that is before they were kicked out and never allowed back in to allow for the creation of Israel. Both people inhabited Palestine for the longest time.
