I gave up coke for lent last yr, that was the hardest thing ever. I was sleepy all the time, it was just horrible. and when I was able to drink again it just didnt taste the same, I could only taste the carbonated water.
I do like cabbage. I usually have it in the form of Cole slaw. Sauer Kraut is also a good way to get cabbage. It is one of the four veggies that supposedly help prevent cancer. Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli. If you can't get them, Girl Scout Cookies will do. Your videos are always enjoyable.

Both cole slaw and sauerkraut are great.
I actually had some sauerkraut tonight.
I sure hope my girl scout cookie and sauerkraut diet works out.
