Will have a great ebook on gaining mass next. For now, to build mass plus take care of heart you should do 10-15 mins cardio for warm-up on lifting days...then on rest days just do 20-30 mins of cardio. Make sure you eat smart...

to burn fat...you need to empty your muscle cells of their sugar...glycogen...once empty...then do your cardio....
