I don't know if I'd like cheese in mine...My grandmother also swears by heating the the bacon drippings in the pan...then right before pouring the mixture in the pan she adds some of the heated oil and leaves some in the pan..and you get those nice crispy edges that pull away...It's awesome...Nice job though!

dude...get two boxes of jiffy, and add about a cup or so of cheddar...and everything else...cooks over the top of the pan...then get about a half stick of butter, and rub over the top...talk about DAMN....OH HELLS YEAH!

yup, turned out really good - even better with bacon in the mix if you don't have any bacon fat for greasing the pan. Cast iron pans wok the best...
