Agreed, it was too rushed - especially if you compare it with the episodes. They took a whole arc and compressed it into movie-length - BUT... if you want to re-live the Arabasta-arc without watching all the episodes, the movie is a pretty good summary.

The movie itself isn't very good (goes so fast you can't really get a hold of it unless you've either read the manga or seen the anime episodes.... 90-130 or what?), but the ending is great. One of the most touching endings to a film I know of, so the film is worth watching to all one piece fans... At least.
