@bintatina MUCH WORSE! He was so upset over his sister's death and they were telling him, "Look, it's either YOU, or it's your DAD, or it's your GRANDMA..." And he was hysterical! I saw this on 48 HOURS MYSTERY, and even before his lawyer (Mary Ellen Attridge) found blood on Tuite's shirt, I thought he looked like Charles Manson (and then a neighbor of the Crowe's, that saw Tuite that night, said he had "Charlie Manson eyes"). Terrible, wretched cops!

@heresjohnnnyy1 yes!!! in the actual tapes they did it word for word AND they took him off camera and told him "you're parents know you murdered their daughter and they hate you for it. we're all you have now so help us out." and that's when he actually spilled when he thought he had no one else to turn to. they harassed him about his sexuality and made him write an apology to his sister for killing her even though he didnt do it. it was HORRIBLE!!!! just look it up!
i hope that family sued the police department and everyone else. i swear i saw this whole story on id. and it pissed me off cause the police biran washed this poor little boy.
This movie is making me cry..his acting is sooooo believable I can feel his pain and this is coming from a girl who never cries during movies not even the Titanic.
Cops should not be allowed to lie to people they are questioning. This is the same type of psy ops the west memphis police dept. did to Jessie Misskelley who, finally after 16 years in prison, is getting a new trial.
