I can only assume its because u drop your hands so low when ur rapid kicking but ppl need to realize this is more of proficiency exercise not form so you can get away with it. Added a like, keep up the good work my friend XD are u going to upload more videos of this kind?
Lol, didn't even notice the dislikes. it's ok, probably just some random internet warriors. I'm open for comments that could help me out. the kicks i do is just for endurance training. normally i try to keep my guard up, but still once a while i have to find out the hard way that i forgot to keep my guard up :D
@FaridYM ya agreed, internet warriors are rampant on youtube, its why i don't upload video's of myself personally, just stick to making montages uploading fights and other good stuff :D
I wouldn't worry about dropping your hands during this kind of exercise its more important to keep up a good pace and work on power its not a form practice so i see no reason to worry about hand positioning that's what drills are for
