  • Hey!.. I just wanted to tell You that You play amazing!.. :D that's the result from a lot of practice!.. Good job!.. I am trying to play the same song for a competition and You really inspire me!.. :D I wanted to know if You could send me your tabs or some link.. Cause the tabs I am using don't sound as good as yours.. I would really appreciate it!.. :D Thanks!.. :)

  • @JORGEVVG13 I still get surprised every time I get such inspiring comments. I'm honoured. If I have had the ability I would played this Bach Prelude as Tatiana perform it on stierauge (youtube)

I don't use "tab" , but you'll find an arrangement not far from Duarte's. Make a search on Guitarschool Iceland

    All the best

  • i think the reason people listen to classical b4 onset of insanity is because within some compositions the relation to mental/physical turmoil is so strong that manifestation of the line between sanity and insanity occurs and the pathophysiology of this manifestation compounds the inner turmoil untill it collapses on itself therefore rendering insanity. btw still sane and this rendition is the best ive ever heard

  • this rendition was absolutely awesome.ive listened at least 100 times yet i find new emotional nuances with every play. impecibily superb my hats off to you sir.

  • @sdm41084 Thank you kindly. However I recommend you to listen to Tatiana (stierauge youtube)

It's far to go, but it's great pleasure trying!

  • hi there,

I've been playing the guitar for about 5 years now and have just learned this. Thanks very much for providing such an amazing piece of music. How did you learn to read sheet music? I would find it much easier to learn classical pieces if I could read it. Thanks

  • @faganflipz Thank you! Standard music notation is a wonderful language and strongly recommended. How to learn it? Tell yourself: Yes I can and start at the beginning. Enjoy the pleasure of managing the small steps. "Hurry slowly" Good luck!

  • are you tucking in your a and c fingers (ring and pinky) into your hand?

  • @billkchi You are very observant! At the time of this recording the use of the a-finger affected the c-finger to curl into the palm. I was aware of this when I watched my early youtube videos and since than I have practised relaxing exercises which has been effective! Thank you for your interesting comment!

  • Hi is there any chance you could tell me the 1st couple of notes you play, i can only read tab but the one i have found is played different to yours and yours looks easier. Your guitar is in standard tuning but im not sure if you are playing it a scale higher. I thought that it started G,D,B,A,D,B,D,B X2 G,E,C,B,C,E,C,E, X2 etc but it looks like you start on D,A,Fsharp,E,Fsharp,A,Fsharp,A x2 D,B,G,Fsharp,G,B,G,B X2 am i right? I got this by zooming in on your hand so thanku for playing slow lol

  • @ARapidLurch8788 Yes, in this arrangement by J.W.Duarte the 6th. string is tuned down to D!

  • It's dubbed. What he's playing is not what we hear. It's not lagging that's the problem either; look at the beginning and watch the bass notes being played. Hmmm

  • @Gu1tar1st The one you hear and the one you see, is the same person. I know them well!

  • I love the Cello Suites! I listen to Yo Yo tear it up a lot. I never dreamed there was a good arrangement for guitar! I got the sheet music and will be working on trying to make it sound as good as this. I did notice some differences in the fingering you use and the version I got, you use some of the lower strings at higher frets, something I will probably adopt as I prefer the tone from thicker strings as well. I dig how specific tabs are, but your notation lets you decide on fingering I guess.

  • @dressner Thank you kindly! If you want a copy of the score with some minor changes in the fingering, send me a message with your e-mail address!

  • I don't have enough cash for a cello..let alone to learn the cello...im sticking to learning this on guitar.

However, I am playing it tonight at my high school graduation :) I'm starting with Tchaicovsky's Symphony no. 6, and then going into this. Wish me luck, everyone!
