I played Nascar on from 03-06 on the PS2 and good ole EA had a streak of downhill during that time. 08 on "next-gen" was a miss but 09 does rule. You can't tell as this isn't a digital capture but the HD, graphics and you hit it on the head, gameplay are smooth as silk. EA might be creeping out of their cellar - NCAA isn't too bad either. Go grab a 360 or PS3 (and hi def tv) soon!
And I should also add that I qualified 12th (boo), but had spun my tires on the restart bringing out a yellow and putting me behind the pack. This is me coming back through some of that and the slower cars/scrubs, that qualified poorly - no assists and pro ai were on.

The Xbox360 version is so much realistic than the PS2 ... at PS2 the graphic sucks

There is hell to pay for that when you get to Lap 35 just so you know. Its set up to be fast but it uses up tires out the ying yang.
