    that DVD said it was winston "sparrow" martin who was the original session drummer, but they must've meant on the final take; i KNEW that was carlie in the vid! :P what a breathtakingly innovative style! *whew* and you can see the drums shaking when he plays :D *rock*

    i've been looking for this FOREVER! i saw a little teaser from it on a DVD documentary called "catch a fire", which talked about their first album with chris blackwell...it mentioned how they remixed and overdubbed all that shit...i can't BELIEVE it! i gotta say, this version FAR surpasses any other version of this song i've ever heard!(including the original ska version) oh well, maybe it's just that i'm a hardcore rocksteady fanatic :P ONE LOVE!
