Wheres the part in this commercial saying, 8 million people a year get their GPS pinged and that information sent to the feds w.o a warrant? Cause that's whats happening now. Way to go Sprint. AT&T here i come, hopefully w. the other 50 million people that still use Sprint.

HSDPA is shit plus the network isn't consistent, you get major packet loss. one minute it will be really fast the next it's slow as shit..iphone users can attest to this
