  • 0:13 proof Nazis can't sing

  • 0:13 proof Maxis can't sing

  • The powerfullest military song are their of the red army! I hear this music every day and by heart beats faster everytime! This song orders me to stand up and march for the glory USSR.

  • Say what you want about the USSR, we could be speaking german if not for them.

  • @felixlpilon couldnt have sed it better (beacuse i said it for around a month ago i think)

  • The land is enveloped in dawn, the banners are ahead. There's no soldier without a song, no way without a song. Beardless commanders of batallion are leading their eaglets. When soldiers are singing kids can sleep peacefully.

  • God Bless soldier who fall for freedom , i mean REAL soldier . Not American crap !

Glory to Soviet Union , Glory o United Kingdom , Glory to Belgium , Glory to France !!

  • @Alainlesgrossesmain 100% !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you think three days in mandchuria is a full scale war???? against an army that was almost entirely destroyed, thank to the British and the Marines??????? if you really knew about it, you would know that the main part of the japanese army returned to Japan to prepare the Ketsugo plan. There were no fucking soviets at Guadalcanal, at Tarawa, at Saipan, in Malaisia (and no americans), in Birmania, at Iwo Jima or at Okinawa. Stop with your goddamn propaganda: we could have won even without USSR.

  • @sylvain131193 lol what propaganda I haven't even nearly said or meant that USA couldn't win that war without USSR, you imagined all that by your own dude. What I meant was that SU also participated in that war and also fought intensively even though not for long time. This campaign wasn't completed in three days, it lasted from 9th of August till 27th of August and ended when SU occupied Manchuria and few strategical islands.

  • @warpreacher1 just leave the ignorant one alone:)

he has already proven his seriously flawed knowledge of the second world war in a discussion with me.

and in any case, someone who thinks "communist" is an insult is clearly a moron and thus incapable of understanding (let alone providing) correct information.

  • @sylvain131193 Yes but only in your dreams, my dear friend...

  • You probably don't remember that the atomic bomb on Hiroshima was sent by the USA, and thank to the bomb, the war was over. But that was not thank to your goddamn Mandchuria invasion.

  • you don't know a damn thing about that war, and you expect me to believe your shit about it? shut your fucking hole, you communist dicksuck! the truth is that you fought only for three days in mandchuria against the japanese army, which had no support because Japanese Navy and Air forces had already been destroyed by the Marine Corps and the US Navy. And for those who want me not to talk, I won't back down in front of the censorship you expect me to follow.

  • @sylvain131193 wow what a piece of irrelevant info. Yeah I know that blaming your opponent being communist is vital on YouTube, yet you said that SU didn't really participate in this war and I said it did and that wasn't five men with red flag but a full scale war. And that is truth. I thought you just didn't know enough and corrected you. But now I think you lack bravery not historical knowledge for you are using demagogy instead of accepting you were wrong and correcting yourself.

  • what is the name of the first facist song?

    great song btw

  • @EPICCCP fascist songs can't be great

  • @TheTimasia srry, by ''great song'' i meant the epic piece of the video

  • When the soldiers are singing- than childrens sleeps quite (translate)

  • Thanks very much por your explanation.

  • "Когда пОют солдаты" ошибочка у вас

  • Бей фашистов!

  • beautiful song I wish I knew the lyrics. I like very much all kind of marchs, but in this case I would like to say the difference between the German march and the Russian. One is sound dominant, strong the other rather patriotic, love y strong full of enthusiam. Thanks for this song

  • @ivanoech The refrain of this song is: When soldiers are singing children can sleep peacefully. And also there are words about beauty of the motherland. The lyrics is mighty, I assure you!

  • Русские Дети сейчас спят не спокойно ((( потому что Нашим Солдатам не поётся нынче (((

  • and.. what is the difference betweeen the song at the very beginning and this russian song? actually, they're both propaganda, one coming from the nazis, and one coming from the soviets...

  • @sylvain131193 You are not able to feel the difference and I dare say you'll never be. So please stop looking this video and listening to this song and better take up to Justin Bieber. It's just up to you.

  • who would have compared the USA to such a corrupted country as "mother russia"? And yes, it is that simple: just try not to find escuses to the mistakes your country made in the past. and yes, we do things for our interests: which country coud say he doesn't?

  • 70 years have passed after the beginning of this war. I remember that in 1987 there were about 6 mln veterans of the war alive in the Soviet Union. Just today I've heard there are only 4 thousands in Russia. Let them live their days in peace. But if we hear a song here on YouTube we'd better discuss the music, video and so on.

  • @TheTimasia

Slightly over 1 million are alive...that 4.000 number is ridiculous

  • But I do recognize two points: the soviet took a very important part in the victory against the germans, and second point, this song is really beautiful. But still, even if the song was beautiful, soviet union was a dictartoship, and this is propaganda. And then, even if the soviet took a very important part in the victory against the nazis, us americans too. And as I remind, you did not really fight against the Japanese...

  • @sylvain131193 nah my friend.... its not that simple. we can discuss, debate and speak out many words. but 1 thing is very clear; with the americans its very simple, everything is done in their interest on to every each hand reached out there are twice as many strings attached. i wont go in political debates such as stalin, us/rus etc , but dont you dare to compare the states to mother russia. greetins from europe.

  • @sylvain131193 did not really fight against Japanese? SU landed in Manchuria after the defeat of Germany and destroyed Japanese army there in about two weeks, it was about 850000 people. And overall victims of Japan in war were 1900000 that is counting all losses. So start learning history instead of saying dumb shit in place where others can see it, cause you confuse people, and open real documentary books written by German and Japanese generals and officers after war or just google.

  • For sure, but we fought in Italy and northern africa in 1942-1943. You should go in Poland to ask the polish what they think about the red army, which let the nazis kill thousands of polish before enterring Warsaw. that's pretty interesting.

  • american propaganda... interesting, but with all the propaganda the Soviet union made, please, dont talk as we were a dictatorship ^^

Capitalism may not be perfect, but it is much better than communism at least, or much better than any other system you've had

  • so funny... you speak as you defeated the nazis ALONE... as I remind, Stalin kept asking for an american front in europe. and don't forget that molotov signed a peace treaty with Von Ribbentrop at the beginning of the war.

  • @sylvain131193 It's all well known, and despite of the fact that Stalin kept asking for the 2nd front your boasted Americans opened it only in 1944 when the Soviet troops had been already crossing thge bordeline of Poland leaving behind more than 26 mln of victims, mainly civilians. And if it's all very funny for you, you may laugh your head off - you're welcome!

  • Greetings and salutations from your trade partner denmark!

    Salute!

  • Хорошо отозвался на песню парень из Чили (большевик) - мол, пусть дрожат проклятые фашисты, слушая такие песни!

  • 100k gz man

  • wo wßeje ßwoje kraße, chranim jejo my ßvata ot bratska d karpat, kogda pajut soldaty, ßpokoino djeti ßpjat!!

    this song make me strong...

  • Очень мощно! Видеоряд просто ... нет слов! И великая песня в великолепнейшем исполнении! Просто отличная работа!!!

  • No nation in the world has such songs and marches as Russia!

  • @TheTimasia

Actually, we just call these "songs and marches" Communist Propaganda ^^

  • @TheTimasia

Actually, we just call these "songs and marches" Communist Propaganda ^^

  • @sylvain131193 actualy i call that american propaganda ^^

  • @sylvain131193 You may call those songs how do you wish but the fact is that we defeated utterly bloody German fascists . And though we are living now in very vague times here in Russia , not knowing exactly what society we are building now -capitalist? - we have a lot to be proud of and the Great Victory is among those things.

  • canciones para hacer temblar alos maricas fascistas!!!

  • @bolchevique227 Estoy de acuerdo contigo! Salud desde Rusia!

  • 12 People only watched the beginning!

By the way where'd you get that great footage?

  • It's the Russians that understand what is REALLY good military music!

  • @11strelokfan1000 you`re really right, even if i`m german

  • @4CiD88 Yeah, I like German songs as well just so you know. Some of them are quite joyful, but I talk about in worldly general since Russian songs alone are some of the most powerful.

  • How come, on nearly every single site with Soviet music, there are people discussing whether it was USA or Soviet Russia that was the imperialist part of the war? In any case it would be an irrelevant discussion, since that discussion is mounted in ideology. Both sides acted imperialistic, and so what? It was war, war tends to result in annexation and/or conquest... Irrelevant discussion, because you're trying to find reason in chaos, and that's just rubbish.

  • Docter worm:good keep these iggnorant communist liers in there place they act like were war mongers even though if it wasent for us this place would be total hell

  • @zayne1998 No it wont, we wouldn't have the hell that we are having in this 21e century, by BS pro-nazi-capitalist propaganda, war, oil, racism, poverty (rich get always richer and poor gets always poorer)...

  • Moving.

  • simple formula: Lenin sucks. Stalin is great.

  • Hitler made 11 accounts and disliked this song!

  • WHICH ONE, THE EVIL ONE OR THE fEGELEIN NEMESIS ONE

  • @MuscleGarunt

    12 camrade jajajajaaja

  • @MuscleGarunt Damn Nazi sockpuppets, ruining youtube I tell you.

  • i love nazi and soviet music i cant choose between them cause all is very good and give me spirit but when i listen it :D i want take a weapon and go to frontline but i dont think communism and nazism very different they all want freedoom for own people with own way, aganist Capitalist world

  • I DON,T AGREE WITH COMMUNISM OR NAZISM, BOTH TOTALLY EVIL ,BUT AS USUAL THE RUSSIAN SINGING I LOVE, BEST IN THE WORLD.

  • @stbridgetscross

and you really had to write your opinion in capital letters right?

And Communism isnt evil... Missinterpretations are.

National Socialism on the other hand is a whole different story, It belittles other Nations to the point of "sub humans". etc etc.

GO AND READ A BOOK DAMN YOU

  • Ugh, the Nazis sound so nasal and cornishly folksy compared to the mighty, booming voices of the Red Army Choir. The people of Eastern Europe must've been relieved just because of the better music.

  • Long live communist warriors!!!

  • УРА!!!

  • What i want to know is, why is that Faschist garbage doing preceding this bad ass Soviet anthem???

  • @yammer1287 It lets you know that the facists were utterly outnumbered, out performed, and completely annihilated by the power of the Soviet Union in every way. Glory to Lenin!!!

  • @yammer1287 I think both are Facist. Since at 0:53 it says "what was "worse" was the new song wasn't sang in German."

  • @Jmlatmr87 yeah, it is irony. Of course the second one is not fascist. The lyrics are about the soldiers who sing, so the children dont feel scared and can sleep well..

  • @waldesjaeger2017 I'm not sure. I don't speak Russian. I thought the idea was that a second Propaganda song was made, but sang in Russian. Well, whatever the case is... It's good on the ears.

  • @Jmlatmr87 it was considered worse, because the Germans feared us.

  • @MarshalGeorgiZhukov Oh alright. Cool. Well then I don't need to feel bad about liking it! I really like the sound of it, a lot. It's really cool.

  • Someone might have already told you this, but your russian spelling of the song is incorrect, it should be: Когда поют солдаты :P

  • ПРОСНИСЬ РОССИЯ ОТ СТРАШНОГО СНА!!! ЗА НАШУ СОВЕТСКУЮ РОДИНУ!!!

  • @sfict87 А теперь стыдимся, но не только из-за армии :(

  • под эту песню я засыпала в детсве в военном городке, какая сильная песня, как мы гордились своей армией

  • Sad to see rise of fascism in the very country that defeated fascism.

  • @ReasonAndPurpose

    you are misinformed

  • @dicthash how can I be? I live there, and those bastards recently painted swasticas over the statue of Motherland in Volgograd.

  • @dicthash actualy i think that Reasonandpurpose is right. I am sure that there are many people left who still value the past, but unfortunately, when i am in russia i feel that they do not like foreigners. they always talk about their Russia for the russians and so on.

i am half russian, and they make fun of my accent, as if i am retarded. if this does not point to their hostility, then what does?

  • That the soviets were helped is not a question, obviously they were helped, its a historical fact. The more interesting question would be to ask if they could of defeated the Nazis without any help. I personally think it is very likely that they may of!

Thank you for another wonderful video. Your work dissecting and piecing these videos together is very much appreciated! I agree, this is a very beautiful song.

  • Ah I wish I could find the lyrics to this song!

  • @reidstuff92 try this /watch?v=uIjs4ZMeDMI

  • which movie is the clip from?

  • @1987jkilla most part is real video of ww2 and in the end(tank attack) is from film "osvobogdenie" (liberation)

  • glory to the red army the destroyers of fascism.

and the american soldiers and the brittish soldiers have my thanks for liberating Belgium.

but fuck the government of the U.S that saved nazi's and ordered the atomic bombs on hiroshima and nagasaki.

  • @Gentleman342 Оба они засранцы, Советский народ, вот кто отец советского союза!!! Ленин ваще шпиён немецкий был, все политики говно, на жертвы идут всегда простые люди , а самопожертвование есть высочайший подвиг!

  • you all talk about war if you know war but movies and books sist say bad americans or bad russian but american soldiers, russian soldiers, german soldiers and japanese soldiers died you could ask them how was evil

  • @DoctorWorm1 Just to let you know.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Yep, and you, my dear friend probably missed some history lessons in your class, like all of them. It is hard to acknowledge, that what you have learned is false, isnt it? If you do not know about soviet involvment in the Far East, its your problem not mine. That you do not know, that you damn country alongside with Japan, France, Great Britain and Turkey invaded the forming USSR, that you know nothing about admiral Kolchak, again, your problem. Im going to delete all your comments.

  • @Kalinin1917 If you can't handle the truth, it's best to ignore it, hm? Delete my comments if you will. But you know in your heart that I'm right, and that will stay with you.

Calling Allied involvement in the Russian Civil War an "invasion" is hilarious. Do you believe in Stalin's idea of "Three Entente Campaigns"? The only foreigners that did serious fighting were the Czechoslovak Corps (White) and the Latvian Riflemen (Red).

  • @DoctorWorm1 I really like how you are full of rubbish and that you seem to believe in it. Your choice, your problem, not mine. That you do not want to see and understand, again, its your doing and in some sence, your funeral. I will not loose my time with you any more. And your pitiful remarks cant change anything, just one thing, dont ever come to europe, you would be dissapointed as nobody here shares your view on previous discussed topics.

  • @Kalinin1917 Again, no rebuttals to my actual points, just covering your ears and saying "lalala I can't hear you!". Willful ignorance is a shame. But if you choose to live your life believing in some of the most deceitful propaganda ever produced, that's your call. Ever wonder why repression and absolute dictatorships follow Communism everywhere it goes? The USSR, China, North Korea...it's the same everywhere. Military imperialism disguised under the pretext of being "for the people".

  • @DoctorWorm1 Thats tha magic of internet, you can say, write, sing everything you want, even that rubbish that you have presented as truth. You are insulting each and everyone of the fallen soviet soldiers by your ignorance and thats something I wont tolerate. You know nothing about eastern front, about that horrid experience those people suffered and yet you demand from them to BOW to YOUR points of view, to YOUR VICTORY as you claim. How dare you?! Ignorance is blessed, isnt it?

  • @Kalinin1917 I never claimed it was "my victory". I claimed it was "our victory". I never diminished the efforts of the Red Army in World War Two. They shouldered most of the burden. But without Allied involvement, they would have lost. You refuse to accept this, even when presented with irrefutable facts that it is so. All you do is invoke some poorly worded rhetoric. I don't ask anyone to "bow to my points of view", because that makes no sense.

  • @Kalinin1917 You diminish the contributions of my country, the sacrifices we were forced to make because Europe couldn't sort out its own affairs. We sacrifice our soldiers for the sake of foreigners, and then afterward we're denounced for it by the same people we helped? How dare you say the USA did nothing? The USA was brought into the war against their will, and they gave their all for the defeat of Japan and Nazi Germany, which is more than the USSR can say.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Nazi Germany was defeated by USSR not usa... without the fall of Nazi, Japan would have been invincible... the first mass destruction weapon was created by Nazi, usa took those weapons and then landed it on Japan... now... now now now....

  • @DoctorWorm1 and nobody force your country to get into the WWII... your country itself want to meddle.... remember, it was USA who declared war against Germany..... nobody force you... you make me sick... the way you talk is as if your country was forced to war by the beggings of the whole world nations because they cannot defeat the Germany, then your nation says 'okay... let big bro defeat those Nazis...' hell... you are eww-some....

  • @LinWeiHuang I don't know what's more appalling, your grasp of English or your grasp of history. The first atomic bomb was created by...the Nazis? So the Manhattan Project was a lie? And the Nazis, who created the bomb, didn't want to use it on the Allies? Also, Germany declared war on the USA first, a fact that can be found with a quick Google search. And you wouldn't consider Pearl Harbor to be forcing the USA into the war?

  • @DoctorWorm1 and america decleared the war against germany we werent forced

  • @DoctorWorm1 You simply dont know what you are talking about, you havent bothered yoursel to visit my channel or even to watch my other videos, so you know nothing. You last sentence is insulting enough that you should be nailed to the tree.

  • @Kalinin1917 Listen to yourself. "You haven't bothered to see what I have to say about history, therefore you know nothing about history". Such narrow-mindedness. Followed by a personal threat of violence. How very Russian of you.

  • @DoctorWorm1 I see that you have also problem with reading or understanding....

  • 毋忘華叔及六四血訓,願早日結束中共一黨專政,開放大氣電波!

  • @DoctorWorm1 And the last thing, stop trolling on this video page, that song is too beautiful for posting your half-truth remarks here.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Hahaha, you, kid, want to give ME a history lesson? To begin with: I wanted battles, that were crucial for the outcome of WW2, thank you, you gave me none. What you have listed are just battles complementary to the rest of the cause. Now JAPAN, thas interesting, ever heard of Kwantung army, about heroic fight of the Red army in Manchuria and in Korea, you really know nothing.

My pervert view - Lenin wanted to quit the WW1, Kerensky wanted to continoue, whos pervert now?

  • 願早日結束中共一黨專政,大家有真正好日子過!

  • and americans and russian were friends in the war both of you are ignorant to each side capitalists and commis

  • @DoctorWorm1 you say soviet union wouldnt won without the us or uk the soviet union that is true but the us wouldnt won against japan without the soviet union

  • @DoctorWorm1 So you have prooved nothing not to talk about your "theory" not winning the WW2 without the tremendous help of almighty West.

  • @Kalinin1917 Also, you say "Lenin got out of the World War like he promised the people". The people, you insinuate, were tired of war. So why did Lenin plunge the country into a revolution that lasted from 1917 to 1920 and cost more Russian lives than World War One did? Lenin didn't care about the people. He cared about his ideology. He, like Stalin, sacrificed millions of lives to gain victory. Impressive.

  • @DoctorWorm1 You are ignorant and stupid. Everything you have written is twisted and no truth at all. Should the revolution go as Lenin wanted, almost no-one had to die. But names like Wrangel, Kerensky, Judenic mean nothing to you. LOL Stalin begging for help, those diplomats in Moscow, those were 2nd rate people, not important at all, without any right to sign anything or to make any deal. And name me battles, where western allies strucked a fatal blow to the fascist beast, know any?

  • @DoctorWorm1 that is so typical american. i guess you must be one of the "educated", aren't you?

Listen my friend. It is not important whether you like it or not, but all that you have learned is obviously what the former cold war officials let you learn. Call me a racist, call me anything, but unfortunately you people overseas, do not get a proper education.

  • @waldesjaeger2017 Tell me, why is all that I've learned "obviously" what the Cold War officials let me learn? Especially seeing as I've done my college studies in the post Cold War period? The thing about America is that all viewpoints are allowed. Books that portray the US in a negative light are not banned or, to bring up a pointed topic for you, burned. Fans of the most oppressive regimes in world history can come together and say that the world's greatest republic is repressive. Ironic.

  • @DoctorWorm1 what you just said, is just a claim, with no proof. the same way i can say the exact opposite.

"the greatest republic" hehehe... yeah man, you keep on thinking that. i am in no mood to debate it. believe what you want, but know that any information that you receive, (and not only in the US) is controlled by the CIA.

For example, why do you think you don't hear anything about Afghanistan any more? Simple: Because like every other army that invaded, the american army was crushed.

  • @waldesjaeger2017 Hahahaha. Controlled by the CIA? What do you think they are, the Gestapo? The NKVD? How hilarious. Is that what your government tells you? And here you are, just eating it up without questioning it. What is there no proof for? That your government burned all the books containing dangerous ideas? They did. Maybe they don't talk about it, but that's what repressive governments do. Haha. Controlled by the CIA. I can't get over how ridiculous that sounds.

  • @DoctorWorm1 ok, dude, i did not expect any better. i just tried. have a good life.

  • @DoctorWorm1 oh, and something else, if there is some one who is eating everything up without questioning it, that really seems to be you. Enjoy America... hehehe... the sad thing about you is that however you try, you did manage to fulfil the the stereotype of the classic stubborn Yankee.

  • @waldesjaeger2017 And you managed to fulfill the stereotype of the arrogant, close-minded, indoctrinated European. Enjoy America? Yeah, that's a real zinger. "Enjoy your extremely high standard of living!" You got me there! I'll have to go back to my three story house with my two cars and boat, and I'll try to console myself in the fact that America never perpetrated the Holocaust.

Go complain to the Gestapo, Kraut.

  • @DoctorWorm1 hahaha! you're an idiot.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Because that is a technique. You keep your citizens ignorant and they'll all become stupid enough to say yes to everything you want. You can even make them vote for fucking retards like Bush. The purpose of propaganda is to brainwash people in order to create an image of enemy so they will be somehow unable to think correctly in times of crises. It was the Soviets twenty years ago now its terrorists. Plain and simple.

  • @DoctorWorm1 You know absolutely nothing of the history of the USSR, dont you? Do bother yourself and find the dates when for example Ukraine "joinded" USSR.

Just shortly, greatest tank commander and theoretist was Hans Guderian, and he was THERE. And yes, the West betrayed its allies.

And the most funny part: before 1938 there were treaties of mutuall assistence between France, Britain and even USSR, when the West decided not to fight with Hitler, these treaties ceased to existed.

  • Someone get me the lyrics to this...its fucking amazing

  • @TheSeaSergeant /watch?v=uIjs4ZMeDMI

  • Holy shit! This guy is really a worm. He doesn't even know why Chamberlain signed the Munich Agreement

  • Holy shit! This guy is a really worm. He doesn't even know why Chamberlain signed the Munich Agreement

  • @DoctorWorm1 LOL, I like it, I really do, 300 000 soldiers of the Africa Korps could do nothing, as well as Luftwaffe pilots lost during the battle of Britain. And moreover - there is no IF in history, so your contruction of would be events is useles.

USSR defeated nazi germany, despite the facts that germany had amies of all their allies at their disposal, despite the fact that there wasnt 2nd front till 1944 and despite the fact that all european industry was working for Hitler.

  • @Kalinin1917 You say "USSR defeated Nazi Germany", so I say "then if the Allies hadn't helped, the USSR would've still won?" and you respond with "don't deal in what ifs!"? Is that perhaps because you know the Soviets couldn't do it alone? And maybe the USSR should've opened a second front for France in 1940, hm? Reliable old Russia, standing strong until it's convenient for them not to. Just like 1917. Or did Russia win World War One as well in your version of history?

  • @Kalinin1917 The Soviet Union had the armies of all their "allies" (read: subjects) at their disposal, and all the industry of the Socialist Republics behind them as well. The Soviets have no one to blame but themselves for confronting the majority of the Wehrmacht. They had a chance to act when the German Army was overrunning France and Poland, but they instead let greed dictate their diplomacy. They can hardly complain about limited support from the West when they gave no support to the West.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Be so kind and name those alles which the soviets had at their disposal. And you probably didnt hear about that great evacuation of factories behind the Ural mountains in the first month of war.

And first of all, the West is to blame for WW2, their foolish diplomacy, cowardice and most of all, the treason. Soviet diplomacy was just pragmatic, nothing less nothing more.

  • @DoctorWorm1 And now to your previous statement. Yes, USSR would have one even without the help of the allies. And why should have soviets opened the "second front" in 1940? There were no treaties of alliance between USSR, France and Britain, or should have the soviets spilled their blood JUST because you wish so? Funny. And what are you talking about, in 1917? The young soviet state withdrew from the war, as Lenin promised to its people, anything else?

  • beautiful video and song...Soviet/Russian weapons have preserved our freedom for over 60 years...Love from India to all my Russian Tovarisch....

  • @DoctorWorm1 And West didnt even bother to deal with USSR, at least not seriously, so Stalin did one reasonable and pragmatic thing. This bargain with devil gave him the time needed for the recovery of the soviet army from the purges. And sure, Stalin wanted the help of the allies, because his country was almost single-handendly fighting the huge german war machine. But that help didnt arrive earlier than in 1944 when the fate of the war was already decided. (lend and lease your next topic?)

  • @Kalinin1917 The innumerable atrocities committed by the Soviet state, and the inability of the USSR to cooperate with the West, made the Allies a little wary of aligning with Stalin. You talk about the purges of the army as though it were an obstacle. Who enacted those purges? Stalin didn't lift a finger to help Britain and France when they were fighting the "huge German war machine". It wasn't until he was attacked that he suddenly clamored for a united front.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Unfortunately it would be the "unability of the English and Frenchmen to cooperate with Soviets". Ever heard about "Munich agreement" ?

  • @TheBlindPowerslave Ah, so the Munich Agreement was America's fault? Is that what they teach in Russia these days? And I supposed the Molotov-Von Ribbentrop Pact was a capitalist plot as well? Oh, no, that was just the USSR defending itself...by gobbling up Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and other Baltic states.

Nothing like mindless imperialism, eh? You are able to spot minute deficiencies in foreign education, but you ignore how indoctrinated you are. Your screen name says it all.

  • @DoctorWorm1 I hate to interfere this enlightening debate, but I have to say, that Munich agreement wasnt America's fault, but its attitude didnt help neither. President Roosevelt told to president Benes (president of Czechoslovakia) that should the Czechoslovakia defend its integrity, the Czech would be blamed for war, and nobody would help them. The word blackmailing comes to mind...

  • @Kalinin1917 Roosevelt wanted to avoid war. He never made any bones about that. This is unlike the imperialist Stalin, who took state after state in his bid for more power.

And you never addressed the Molotov-Von Ribbentrop Pact. Glossing over the flaws in your arguments, just like your textbooks do? Ah, the mindless indoctrination of Communist slaves.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Roosevelt is one of the few persons who really wanted this war to happen. He did everything in his power to provoke Japan. This "imperialist" Stalin you seem to underestimate greatly actually did everything in his power to delay the war (I also see you do not know the meaning of imperialism).

  • @TheBlindPowerslave Delay the war? By invading Poland? Attacking Finland? Taking over the Baltic states? Facts contradict the Soviet propaganda that you so readily devour. Imperialism, as I see it, is the expansion of national territory at the expense of other states, exploiting many states for the gains of one nation. Stalin, in these terms, was one of the biggest imperialists of the century. I purposely use Marxist rhetoric against you, by the way, in case you didn't catch the irony.

  • @DoctorWorm1 USSR entred the war in 1941 when germany finally attacked them with operation barbarossa. Also if not for the expension after 1939 in USSR germans would have captured moscow, leningrad and stalingrad which means the collapse of the USSR. The irony in your argument is you take the soviets as a imperialist country while they are the exact oppsosit of it. There is no one single country in USSR it is a group of nation and everyone who lives in it is a citizen of USSR.

  • @TheBlindPowerslave First, Stalin was completely taken by surprise by Barbarossa. This is a historically documented fact. This dispels his lie that he "wanted time to prepare". No, he wanted more land for his ambitions, and he didn't care who he allied with to get it. This was reinforced by the conduct of the Soviets after the war. While the Americans made many concessions at Yalta, the Soviets invaded Japan for more lands of their own and refused to leave Eastern Europe after the war.

  • @DoctorWorm1 The reason why stalin was surprised is that he expected the germans to attack in 1942. So your first and second argument is invalid. So you are pissed off about soviet refusing to leave the liberated areas of europe after the war? Mind you that allies also did not leave the liberated areas. This was about hegemony and soviets did not act more different than any other allied power.

  • @TheBlindPowerslave And why, in the name of God, would Roosevelt "want this war" to happen? You're condemning America for staying out of the war and letting the USSR take the brunt of the fighting on one hand, while condemning America for wanting the war to happen on the other. Your logic is absurd. Not only did Roosevelt send repeated messages to Hitler begging him to stop, but he cut off the flow of vital materials Japan needed to make war, because he was against their aggression in China.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Roosevelt being a capitalist himself knew very well that it was impossible to keep a sustainable capitalist economy. Only large scale state expanditures could save the morbid capitalist ecenomy from crushing on itself. And that's only possible during the war. America did not give a flying fuck about Europe until 1943 when USSR took the upper hand against the Reich. They were afraid of communist states in eastern Europe and the modernization that soviets succesfuly achieved.

  • @TheBlindPowerslave If it was impossible to keep a sustainable capitalist economy, explain how the US is still the world's economic powerhouse after over two centuries of capitalism? Explain Lenin's NEP, which contained elements of concentrated capitalism? And the "modernization" you brag about consisted of the murder of millions of innocent Russians in the name of glorious Communism. And if Communism is sustainable, why did it fail? History contradicts you, comrade. I suggest you take heed.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Like I said war enables large scale state expenditures. While lowering production cost it also increases it. In short that is why USA is the most war-mongering state ever existed. And that is the reason why capital did not collapse. You are a war dependent state. Much like nazis. In fact capitalist in USA learned that from nazis back in 30's.

  • @DoctorWorm1 State controlled capitalism enabled soviets to build a strong industry. And the collectivisation helped to stop the famines that was the curse of russia for centuries. 5 year plan was a complete success and made the USSR the second strongest economy in the world. This was a modernization in a sigle generation and it was incredible fear for the capitalist to see. The killing and other propaganda you will hear about stalin or other socialist leaders is irrelevent.

  • @TheBlindPowerslave "The killing is irrelevant". My God, you really are just an indoctrinated drone. Arguing with you is useless. The world isn't as black and white as you think.

  • @DoctorWorm1 Is this just a coincidence that more than half of the world accuse americans of being what you accuse me of being? I don't think so. Everyone with logic and knowledge who oppose what you say is a "drone"? Maybe you are the drone. I suggest you think about that a little more and see who really sees the world as black and white.

  • @DoctorWorm1 So what you are saying is Roosevelt did not want Japanese to wage war so he put an embargo on them? So why didn't they emborgoed germans? Several american companies continued to trade with germans during the war. In fact what you don't know is Roosevelt also humiliated Japanese before pearl harbor and wanted them to declare war against the USA so that they would not be seen as the aggressor. Pretty much like what happened in iraq and afghanistan.
