This is still being fulfilled, but is nearing the end, as it is a ‘semi-permanent’ situation, concerning a 'condition of slavery'. 'Our' 400 years under our semi-permanent situation is set to expire in 2019. Standby, because one of those 365 days in 2019 will be the beginning of a new cycle and the ending of an old cycle. Its in a simple-future event form. Sorry, no way around the hebrew (and especially the septuagint greek) here. There is also not even the concept of a 'condition of slavery' in hebrew or greek idioms. Thats post modern philosophical jargon that scripture knows nothing about. Please study a bit

John 8:40 – “But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: THIS DID NOT ABRAHAM. @OriginalHebrew You refuse to exegete & instead eisegete, as all frauds do. Where do you see "so called jews" in John 8? Jesus addresses THE scribes and Pharisees in verse 3. Again in verse 18. Is in the temple in verse 20. Addresses THE jews in verse 22 & 31. Even affirms them as "Abrahams seed" in verse 37. The whole chapter is explained in verse 24, 44 & especially 47 (xref: John 6:37, 10:26-27; 1John 4:6), even more so in 58. The whole chapter is about Gods "elect".

@wassupzaf At the end of verse 68 the words “no man shall buy you” mean that a flesh and blood man would be unable to “redeem” Israel as a nation, and indeed, no man has been able to fully deliver or redeem Israel. Buy, in this instance is referring to “redeem”.

@wassupzaf The word ‘Egypt’ in verse 68 does not particularly mean the land of Egypt. Rather, Egypt is symbolic because it was the Israelites first major captivity – symbolic for a “condition of slavery”. Egypt is also referred to in Exodus 13:3 as the “house of bondage”. Yahweh was making it clear that Israel’s end would be a semi-permanent state of captivity and enslavement.

Every one of the references to "house of bondage" is in the past tense, not in the prophetic. If you knew hebrew you would understand this. Check with a local rabbi if you have the courage.

The literal translation would be thus : Deu 28:68 "And God shall SEND you into Egypt AGAIN with ships, by the way of which I said to you: YOU SHALL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN (cross ref: Deu 17:16). And you shall be sold to your enemies there, for male slaves and slave-girls; and there shall be no buyer". A literal God, spoke to a literal people, about a literal punishment. Get learned.
