Hey this is cool. I'm building a 40' ply on Iroko Hartley and am yet to do the big turnover. How many cranes - ?two. Did you add extra temporary internal bracing? What was the hull weight? How did you prevent the strops from slipping on the outer of the hull? Be very interested in some more info. Thanks.
