The R700 isn't the worst.

The R700 is the M24 which is used by the U.S. Army. The M40 is a more compacted version of the M24

If we are looking at actual weapons then we should be talking about the barret and the M21 only. The 21 is a tactical gun and is the exact same rifle as the M14 just has a scope on it. They do not even have a different barrel length. And then the barret is for long range and anti-armor rounds. But since we are talking about the game - the R700 and M40 are almost the same with the M40 having less recoil, more ammo, more consistent damage.

Infact R700, Dragunov and Barrett as same damage without Stopping Power, whereas M40 and M21 are lacking. When using Stopping Power, R700 and Barrett has most damage, both killing Juggernauts with one shot to chest, neck or head. M40 lacks chest-juggernaut killing.[Altough this is only true in core]

Haha, I think that is funny. I say instead that YOU would do way better if you checked the scoreboard more often. I check it to see how many enemies are dead and even friends sometimes because it tells you where they are spawning and how many are in what general region of the map. The scoreboard is never checked to see how many kills I have it is to find out where to rape more people.

M40 u hit them in the knee caps above with STOPPING POWER and there down with .50 cal in the chest they sometimes dont die and rarely in the legs. It's cod4's fault for making the snipers hwo they are realistically the .50 cal would be more accurate and would be 1 shot kill or 1 shot missing limb + they should create stands maybe if get prone u can press sprint and u set up a stand so the normal sniper aimer doesn't move.

Top-M40 hands down. Best damage and accuracy mix and fire rate is confortable.

2nd - Dragunov is great for close/long since it literally is an AK47 at close range and has enough power/penetration to get the job done consistently and the accuracy is completely controllable if a little different.

The M21 is an M14 with reduced recoil slightly more power and a scope, how could you not love treating it like it is an assault rifle!?
