Everyone acts like Lasers was whack. The album was decent. Problem is, now a days labels don't promote artist development and fans are too fickle. Jay-Z's volume 2 was garbage...he went on to make a few great albums since then. The expectations for Lupe are probably higher than they should be. F&L was great, The Cool was great, Lasers is good. You would think the dude went Soulja Boy on us by these comments.

Lasers wasn't Lupe's best album but it sounds like Atlantic saved him from himself on this one. This song has meaning, but it's not a good song really. Lu needs to reel it in. It's not like he would be selling out if he went back to his old ways. His mix tapes are what made him one of the best in the game, solid albums just help get money to him.
