Ska ist eine aus Jamaika stammende Tanzmusik aus den 50'er Jahren. Es gibt bis heute mehrere Varianten und Reggea hat sich zB daraus entwickelt. Charakteristisch für Ska ist der Einsatz von Saxophon, Posaune und/oder Trompete.
