Hi, I really want to try the dmso/msm but I'm a swimmer and want to take care not to absorb chlorine/chemicals doing this. if i swim and shower in the morning, then shower again with msm soap in the evening, followed by dmso spray, do you think i would be "clean" enough and not absorb the chemicals? pls advice. thx.

It may be good to mention that DMSO can dissolve perfumes, and any chemicals on your skins surface and transport them into your bloodstream. Be sure if you use it as a topical agent that your skin is clean and free of chemicals....after all you wouldn't drink bug spray so ensure you don't dissolve it into your bloodstream with DMSO.

@sepiavenus I read on the internet Organic Liquid Chlorophyll is something that is used to mask the smell that DMSO leaves in the body. Go to Vitacost.com and type in "Chlorophyll" and there will be several comments that will come up from you to choose from.

I found your video very informative however I am now very concerned because I have used DMSO on my tummy because I have IBS. It was very helpful for pain however i did put my t shirt on right after and am now worried about what may have been absorbed into my body

Thanks so much for posting these highly informative videos on DMSO and MSN. I think these two substances, combined with grapefruit juice, would create a powerful delivery system to move other therapeutic agents (which are normally not absorbed well) through the body. These substances could be used internally and externally to increase the absorption of essential fatty acids, vitamins, curcumin, etc.

Thanks for the tip. I was looking into it to help my girlfriend who has eczema. I gave her some MSM to try and it seemed to help. Now it's barely noticeable and she stoped the MSM. So i don't know if it's a coincidence or not.

hey trust me. if anyone has ecxema, dairy is almost always the culperate.

If so, going on a dairy free diet for only 3 days will show improvement.

Thanks for the tip. It's odd with my girlfriend tho, she's always drank milk and her eczema has been seasonal. She said it's always been like that, but Since i gave her the MSM you wouldn't even think she ever had eczema. And she's not really good with taking pills so she didn't even take the MSM regularly. I don't know what happened but it seems like since she started MSM the eczema has gone away. Not saying with any certainty the MSM cured it, i'm just saying this is what happened.

I was with you right up until it was said that it's been tested on rats. Why were animals used?

Because you need to test it on a living organism at extremely high dosages in order to determine any toxic effects. Thus, it makes sense to start with lower life forms, like rats, and gradually work up to humans. It would be unethical to test those type of massive dosages on humans because it could be toxic. If it kills a rat then you get information about biological toxicity without risking a human life first. Unlike those morons from PETA, the rest of use don't value rat's life equal to humans
