He is but on the other hand everything he has ever done was scripted. I mean all of it. If he was on stage he has no ad-lib abilities. He is quick, but not in the way you are saying. He always has to write stuff down first. Ed

That's not true. I read in his book that he often ad-libbed, especially at the beginning of his career.

What I am saying is the whole thing here was scripted in the interview. Steve is a very depressed man and loner in real life. He could never do an interview without a script. Ed
