nice job there with the double coils and neodymium magnets. I started working on one myself a second time using the shaft of a treadmill motor and I get a variable rotation from the coils no good still how much volts are you getting out of it and amps or ma's.?

4 amps not too bad so thats 48 watts at that speed.
