You could always fly in dalaran with the 10 second cooldown that knocks you off your mount. That is plenty of time to get to where you want to go, such as the locations in this video

If you fly outside dalaran you can get at all these spots, and even nicer ones. If you fly up at krasen' and fly to the middle of dalaran with the fontain in the middle. you get dismounted; get dismounted on a roof and your on a pretty nice spot.

not that special to be on roofs in dalaran:D since u can flying mount there anyway when you fly from the tower in dalaran you can get near the ground of ally quater without dismounting/teleported by a guard, enjoy!=)

Actually I don't think that is true, however I could be wrong. I'm pretty sure that you cannot fly inside of the city of Dalaran, however you can fly around it.

you can mount at the flightmaster and when you fly into dalaran u get a debuff wich dismounts you in 8 sec so u can do w/e u want with a flying mount in those 8 sec watch my movie and see urself what I do with those 8 sec

Ok, i have WotLK, and i have a DK, and when a mage ports me to Dalaran, an error comes up and sais some stuff, then wen i click ok, it quits WoW. any ideas?

1. You need to reinstall WoW because your program is bugging out.

or

2. You don't actually have WOTLK, perhaps it didnt fully download?

or

3. Tell me what the error says and what it looks like, because if its a simple LUA error it could just be that you have an addon that is screwing your game up.
