Um no it doesnt, Sera Myu is like a fine wine, the older the better. Hence the reason why Risa is, in popular opinion, not the best Mars. Eri Kanda or Megumi Yoshida usually get first preference, with Misako Kotani getting a bit of a look in there too. Despite the fact that some people claimed she couldn't sing.

the first girl interviewed is obviously sailor moon, but who's the second one? the third one is venus, and then mercury, and then jupiter (i think), and then uranus, neptune, pluto, saturn, and...chibiusa?? oh, wait, then that leaves mars...ha ha...i guess the second one is mars...that makes sense...
