Hmm... I think some parts sound a little bit like Nightwish's symphonic sounding songs like Sacrament of Wilderness, but Yousei Teikoku is definitely more gothic. Actually, I think this sounds like the band Pythia, especially songs like Sweet Cantation and My Pale Prince.
