  • the judge who sentenced him to prison for 27 years is a piece of rotting meat. a rightous person is considered alive even when he passes on. a wicked person on the other hand

is called dead even in his life timme. this judge of rubashkin is considered dead. i have zero

respect for her .let her rot more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • All the damage that was done to your family and to the Postville community was caused solely by your husband, not the authorities. I bet he wasn't too concerned about all this when he was illegally garnering funds! I am sorry for your pain, but blame it on no one other than your husband.

  • He's a Good Boy!!!! He's a good boy!!! This is meaningless.

  • dude look. you are a thief be glad he didn't die the way he should have

    Thank you

  • Demons.

  • hook nose Jew, hook nose Jew, hook nose Jew!

  • @zzap999

We can fix that nose, but how do we get you a brain.

  • @zzap999

wow, that's brilliant. You should be proud of yourself.

  • I have no compassion for you Leah, you mutilated your children.

  • Going to jail is hard on the families of many criminals.

  • There is no Justice in America!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was molested as a boy and the man that did that to me is free

sholom R is in jail and never hurt a man, i ask

    is this the us-of-a?

    or fucking Iran?

!FREE HIM NOW! (or i'll get mad)(and i can do crazy thing's)(fucking judge)

  • @tommy9922 "SO are you gonna start washing dishes in a hot small kitchen if the pay raises?" Yes, if the wage is good enough. That will never happen in my case, but it might pay well enough for millions of unemployed people right now.

  • Those apologizing for his employment of illegal immigrant children are ridiculous. You don't reduce the prevalence of child labor or illegal immigration by employing underage illegal immigrants. Hispanics have high rates of crime and gang involvement, and Rubashkin is personally responsible for all of the crimes those illegal immigrants and their descendants may commit in our country in the future.

  • Too bad. Rubashkin did the crimes, got off on many more, and now has to pay the price. Mrs. Rubashkin didn't mind the stolen money when it came in and now will have to live like the rest of us.

Rightfully so, Rubashkin will spend many years in prison.

  • No, Maam, The STORY isn't what destroyed his kids. He did it all by himself.

  • Being a Jew means never having to say you're sorry.

  • @dyad2r1 are you deliberately confusing Jews and Chabadniks? see the black hats? the funny clothing? these are signs of chabad NOT Judaism.

  • Ten kids and only ONE with autism? She should count her blessings.

  • Yea but what about all of duh shuffer-ink?

  • @stoughton1 - She'll just have to get a job and hire someone to take care of all those kids. Honest hard work is a good antidote to suffer-ink.

  • @dyad2r1 lol but dats vaht Gentiles are for..aaaahhh duh shuffer-ink lol

  • @stoughton1 - Macht nichts. Dey still have die holocaust industry to enhance der suffer-ink. I've heard dat it can be very profitable.

  • OOOO duh shuffer-ink duh shuffer-ink...She knew what he was doing...

Maybe she for once she will know what all the workers had......

  • @stoughton1 - Bernie Madoff's wife knew what her husband was doing, too. People like Rubashkin and Madoff are the scum of the earth.

  • Shame on the television station which aired this propaganda.

  • Let us look at the positive. Maybe he will find Jesus on the jailhouse floor?

  • I love Shabbos, type in peach and quiet.

  • They should send this video to the prisons, I bet all those black guys doing 20 yrs for robbing a liquor store for 20 bucks would be interested in seeing this sympathy being given to this woman.

  • I like the way Xews uprate each other and break the rating thing so no one can rate them back down. What a scam. I'm going to tell!

  • The good thing to do would be to give him two life sentences, freeze all the assets and make sure this woman doesn't have a penny left to her name. Maybe she can beg someone to work in a hazardous enviroment, packing meat for penny pinchers.

  • Is she a victim of some crime or something? What is going on?

Thank G_d for homeland security saving those poor children working in that stinky plant. Homeland Security Hero's.

  • @TheAmazingamerica from your comment its clear that you know very little about the actual facts!

no1 is accusing SMR of keeping the plant "stinky" nor were the few minors (17yo) forced to stay & work!

the few so called "children" that did work at the plant were there bec they begged SMR (with tears in their eyes) for a job! any job soo they wont starve!

    did you know this info?

i think not bec you are like most Americans who naively drink-up all that the mainstream media spits at you!

  • @MrThink613 ,,, LOL@ this: "begged SMR (with tears in their eyes) you crack me up. You think I'm a goyim kep? How about he was charged with 9,311 counts of breaking every child labor law you can think of. Where did he get these starving poor tearful children? He had them working cheap to save a buck which was his bottom line.

  • @MrThink613 ........Mr. Think, would you consider playing Shylock at a Shakespearean Festival? you do it so well...... "If you prick us do we not bleed?" LOL

  • @TheAmazingamerica

shame on you for vilifying a good man u never met!

nor did u do any research b4 rendering your self-righteous opinion

the fact is that these young men came begging SMR on hands&knees!! they begged him for weeks before his good nature (caved-in) under the heartfelt plea

    another fact for you:

SMR paid more per hr to these illegals than Tyson pays its entry level workers!!

  • @MrThink613 ... Are you calling our FBI and Homeland Security people liars? I hate to break your Talmudic Bublle but... It is still against the law in the U.S. to rip off the goyim. ROFLMAO!!!! You're a hoot! Begging, he caved in, paid more than Tyson. LOL, Tyson had to pay taxes, OSHA insurance, Social Security taxes. Tyson didn't swindle the bank with fake vouchers for collateral and redirect funds.

Tyson didn't have 25,000 in cash under his pillow along with his passport.

  • please pray for him!!

  • The prosecution states that the banks who lost money because of the Rubashkin "fraud" are victims.

    =

everyone who took out a "stated income" loan during the housing bubble and later defaulted should serve jail time. Approximately 40% of the all mortgage loans issued during the time period 2004-2007 were "stated income" loans otherwise referred to as "liar loans." These loan defaults caused economic damage to the entire world, the feds better start building jails to house these 10's of Millions

  • @MrThink613 this is a travesty of justice!!!!

  • this family suffered unimaginal change & tragidy in the cruelest way!

Prosecutors hellbent on casting this guy as equal to the Worst-dangerous-criminals

who was the Jail built for when you have soo many dangerous felons on the street! but this humble man is portrayed as some unforgivable-monster guilty to never be free again!!

it does not begin to make sense

  • @NYCTravelGURU this is nuts!! treating him like the most-violent-beasts-on-the-street

  • The justice system is messed up.

    Shlomo Noren

I will help in any way if I can

  • @ScottNoren Same here!

  • @NYCTravelGURU here too! together we-the-people will be heard

  • @NYCTravelGURU Here too this BLANK is pure craiznessss

  • stupid informationless report... what did he do?!!

Did something bad happen??? Is he a pedophile?

  • If this is the law, then every other restaurant owner with illegal dish guy should rotten in prison too.

  • yup@webtsarina

  • @mriamsirota yep it is

  • How goes the old saying: If you cant do the time, dont do the crime.

  • @victor190779 COLD & HEARTLESS!

  • So sad:( I Hope your husband comes home soon!!!

  • mdjbm - get a clue & learn the facts - ICE ruined her life.

  • Comment removed

  • @mdjbm You're pretty quick to judge and with name calling. Glad you're not the judge. And I hope when you do things wrong, others around you will be a little more reasonable than you appear to be.

  • Comment removed

  • we must be heard! (mainly by Hashem!)

  • @mdjbm it sounds like you dont know all the facts, the fact is that the prosecutor is asking a disproportion sentence, not I am saying it, this said 6 former us attorney generals and 17 former senior justice dept. veterans, this case stings from hate..... he couldnt find any immigration charges, but he couldnt just let him go..... do your own math

  • Comment removed

  • @mdjbm You dont care what his sentence is?? So you don't care if a coldhearted murderer walks after a year, or someone who steals $1,000 gets 10 years??? You don't care that the Time should match the crime?? I assume you've done things wrong over the years. You don't care if the consequences are disproportionate to the actions? Well, as a US citizen, you SHOULD care what the sentence is.

  • @quytf aMAZING WHAT A PROSECUTOR with ambition to PRODUCE can twist misrepresent & make a very decent human being look like a DANGEROUS-CRIMINAL that must be locked up forever (to protect the world from this "MONSTER"

THEY KNOW HOW TO PACAGE & TWIST TO MAKE A BEAUTIFUL HUMBLE HUMAN-BEING OUT LIKE A RUTHLESS THREAT TO SOCIETY (EQUAL TO THE LOWEST MOST DANGEROUS CRIMINALS ON EARTH)

  • @MrThink613 A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office said recently, the truth has become a victim in this process, I think he is right, it became a victim with the prosecutors shameful lies, shame on him..

  • @quytf do your own math, he is another Madoff and Leo Frank. He scammed the bank and bancrupted the town. The six former us attorney generals and 17 senior justice dept veterans should be charged with butt licking a small segment of the population, visiting a common nusance and be stripped of any of their titles. They are there to serve the public not the kosher criminals.

  • @TheAmazingamerica Two points A the GOVERNMENT bankrupted the town because THEY shut down his whole operation and they froze his account when they came with the IMMIGRATION raid (that by the way they had to drop because they had no proof that he knew). B the whole us economy crashed because millions of people made the same bank fraud with lying in there application to the banks,

  • @quytf OH the government did it? So should we jail the government and let rubas go free? T And he didn't know all those children were illegal?! So he filed all the correct papers etc on them right? They did not drop those charges stop lying.

  • @quytf That is incorrect. There is plenty of evidence , but , They already have him on the fraud charges. They dropped the immigration issue because it wouldn't add any more to the already considerable jail time than he is already faceing . Basically , why go through the expense of a trial where no additional time would be added to his sentence.

  • @AIRDAM1 check ur facts

they cou;dent prove that SMR intentionally hired undocumented workers

bec they (the workers) presented fake id and documents

smr looked the other way bec he knew the starving families had no alternative

he hired them out of compassion (yes miguided and risky to his own detrement)

his family is known to help and care for all kinds of ppl

    even those leagally-meant to starve!!

  • @AIRDAM1 ur statement clearly reveals u know little about the facts yet u r quick t attack & maline

    btw

these so called child slaves were paid $7 an hour ... in fact 17yo starving Guatemalans who's parents were unable to provide for them

(the village they come from is in abject poverty) and has been in recovery as long as SMR employed many of its young men who came begging SMR for any job at $2 Pr hr

SMR generously paid $7 per hr soo they can have enough to send back home

  • @MrThink613 O contrarrr.... I did check my facts.. I hope anyone reading this looks it up for themselves .

Anyway , illegal immigration is a huge problem in this county. The solution to it is to bury the employers of illegal workers UNDER the jail. I wish my government had the balls to do it.

As for the prosicuters not going after him on this , well , they already had him cold on the other charge's . It would have been a waste of court time , and tax money.

  • @quytf: "B the whole us economy crashed because millions of people made the same bank fraud with lying in there application to the banks,"

The economy crashed because of subprime mortgages -- many of them offered to illegal immigrants who were not required to prove their citizenship or their income: you know, the very sort of people Rubashkin hired. It's no coincidence that the worst damage was in heavily Hispanic states. California alone was responsible for half the damage.

  • @tommy9922 Did you ever take social studies way back in high school? Did you forget the teacher telling you that the country is run on illegal immigrants and that's what helped the economy stay afloat? Yes he actually said that. I live in NY. Look at the car washes, laundromat, restaurant, or any business that requires some physical labor and you will see illegal immigrants working there. That's cause US lazy ass Americans don't want to do the work, so stop picking on "illegals".

  • @n0ts0fast LOL! Run on illegal immigrants? I took social studies but you clearly haven't taken Economics 101. When there is a shortage of unskilled labor in a capitalist economy, employers pay more money to attract workers resulting in an increase in wages. When there is an abundance of unskilled labor, employers pay less. The effect of restricting the supply of illegal would be an increase in wages for native workers.

And no advanced economy is based upon unskilled labor, knucklehead.

  • @tommy9922 wait a second you said "The effect of restricting the supply of illegal would be an increase in wages for native workers." SO are you gonna start washing dishes in a hot small kitchen if the pay raises? oh and don't forget you have immigrant blood too, unless your a native American Indian.

  • @n0ts0fast: "oh and don't forget you have immigrant blood too, unless your a native American Indian. " The worse thing is that our current immigrants HAVE Native American blood. Just like Native Americans, Hispanics are chronic underachievers. Even 4th generation Mexican-Americans have abysmal rates of educational and economic performance. They have high incarceration rates, pay very little in taxes, and are disproportionately found on government welfare programs.

  • @n0ts0fast The bottom line is that if Jews think illegal immigrants are so great, then they should be lobbying for Israel to admit millions of sub-Saharan Africans or Hispanics into the country. You know and I know that would be a disaster.

  • @tommy9922 and guess who does much of the menial labor in Israel, it was the Arabs in the surrounding villages until some radicals decided to start a stupid intifada around sep. of 2000. And now they got no work. Besides you can't bring Israel into this. If you don't believe torah is part of the jew or part of the land then yes it is just another place in the middle east next to Jordan. I can't get into this conversation cause its way too long.

  • @n0ts0fast: And yet the work gets done anyway! What a surprise! The conversation does get too long. I recommend checking out VDare, Steve Sailer, and ParaPundit on the web if you want to understand illegal immigration.

  • @n0ts0fast A study by a Harvard economist a few years back found that even if wages for all agricultural sector workers--of whom only a minority are illegals--were raised 60%, this would result in a less than $10 a year increase in the food bill of the average American household. Compare this to the several thousand dollars per student per school year spent educating each child of an illegal immigrant. I think LAUSD spends about $7-$8K per student each year. These people are a net tax drain.

  • @n0ts0fast You see how this works? Employers get to hire low-wage illegal immigrants and pass all of the social costs--criminal, educational, medical--on to the American people. When an illegal gets arrested, it isn't Rubashkin who pays the court and incarceration costs. When an illegal's child is sent to public schools, it isn't Rubashkin who foots the bill. When an illegal is sent to the emergency room, Rubashkin doesn't cover the expense.

  • @n0ts0fast: Rubashkin doesn't pay illegals nearly enough to afford the education costs of the children of illegal immigrants, let alone the numerous other costs entailed by hiring illegals. Rubashkin may pay a decent amount in taxes himself, but so do all of those Americans of similar income who don't violate the law. Rubashkin essentially robbed all law-abiding, tax-paying Americans.

  • @tommy9922 Tommy I don't know what industry you work in. I know that business manufacturing is about 99% done overseas? Are you gonna ban Nike? Why not? They use child labor too, just that it's in china so it makes it OK? You want Americans to have jobs then bring back all the manufacturing that's done overseas. At least Rubashkins plant was in America and some honest people where working and paying taxes. When you go shopping where do you think your clothing is made?

  • @tommy9922 If its a hot brand your wearing it's most likely coming from India. Oh wait your label says "made in Italy". That's about right cause just the label is sown on in Italy. So its OK to give out jobs to people in other countries but people from other countries can't work in our economy?

  • @n0ts0fast "So its OK to give out jobs to people in other countries but people from other countries can't work in our economy?" No, it's not, okay. It's a problem. Giving our jobs to people from other countries WHILE living in our country on the largess of the taxpayers is also not okay.

  • @tommy9922 There are many things the illegals do contribute too. Many use public transportation, use fast food joints, buy at Walmart and so on. They do put on a burden to the tax payer, but they sure as hell spend money here too

  • @n0ts0fast Of course they spend money on consumer goods but they also use a great deal of government services such as education and health care. As long as the wealthy people that benefit from their labour pay enough taxes this arrangement is fine but as it stands it is the middle class that pays the lions share of taxes. So the wealthy benefit and the illegal benefit and the middle class ends up with the bill. I have simplified the matter but that is roughly how I see it.

  • @TheAmazingamerica either they made more money or the about the property value, so why dont the government arrest every one that lied in their application?? Please do your math and reply

  • @quytf What math? I can assure you if people took fake invoices to the bank to secure a loan, then moved the money out of the account to another account and bancrupted the bank, they would be arrested. They would have the book thrown at them, not all of this, "oh we hate to do this, could you spend a few months in jail for the show?"

  • @quytf : The prosecutor is a tough judge. Tough judges exist. In spite of all the claims the judge must be an antisemite heard from yeshivish and Chasidic circles, he was not singled out because he was a Jew. After Enron, Tyco, and Madoff, the feds are especially zealous and tough.

The fact that they did not charge him for hiring illegals doesn't mean he's innocent. It was just easier to nail him for fraud. Even before the feds got involved, everyone and their dog knew he hired illegals.

  • Does it alarm anyone else that the streets are filled with violent repeat offenders and in an Iowa jail, Mr. Rubashkin is up against life in prison??? Seems to me that the Iowa "justice" system is demonstrating that a monetary crime is worse than a crime that takes someone's life. Shame on Iowa and shame on US for allowing this travesty in our wonderful country!
