can you not read as I explained in the annotation, when the other vehicle was pulling over he didnt give him a chance to move before overtaking and when overtaking he came onto the wrong side of the road, speed limit 50mph and thats what I was doing then I took precaution! again its closer in person then on tape!

In Finland the test takes 2 years and youths learn to powerslide, drift, skid basically every teenager learns to be a rally driver. But in America, a 16 year old is given a toy car with 2 pedals, one for stop and one for go. The roads are so straight too and they still mess it up? And whose idea was it to use flashing brake lights instead of real indicators? what a mess
don't assume that just because one state in the United States has awful drivers, the entire US population can't drive for sh!t. i mean, sure, this YouTube user's state has some pretty god-awful drivers, but that doesn't mean that it indicates the driving skill of an entire country.

police service aid cars! they help service and aid cops (even detain suspect til cop takes them), crashes, direct traffic (in this case but they just got there and seen the car and truck turn in front of me in right lane), and they can also stop you for violations and stuff but they dont do major cop work like chasing or catching and what not!
yeah which is why I noted if car didnt see station wagon it would have let off the brakes and then boom! thats how beating the light accidents happen because turns green while car is still moving!
I really like your videos but nobody should ever use the horn that much, the only use is if a accident is pending in which some of these clips display that, but horns really don't do anything but piss people off.
