  • Thank you for your fight and thank you for posting this video.

We need our right to our choices and the democracy that is meant to be for the people and by the people.

  • Great post!

  • I mean cmon, for crying out loud.LISTEN to how this video starts: "Max Kane may go to jail for giving milk to someone"? This is ludicrous!

Really?Jail? For giving raw milk to someone who specifically wants their milk raw?Give me a fucking break. The whole safety stance taken by the people backing pasteurization is bullshit.Clearly it's not done for safety purposes;get a grip on reality people.I want the legislators who say that to propose a bill banning alcohol and tobacco or they are HYPOCRITES!

  • max, why are you consumed with the salaries of the govm't employees? it just makes you seem ... petty.

the constitutionality tactic is such a stretch. you broke the law to force the issue. but unlike canada, this one isn't going to come out favorably.

  • are we also under the propistion that most people do not understand microbiology and it is in fact the experts job to step in and say "this is not safe"

  • @disturbedfrog Oh yes, save us from ourselves. Save us from something the people have been doing since before the written word. How would the human race possible survive without the "experts"?

I can't stand that slave mentality.

  • @VoteLib3rty so should we screw all the experts. Another great example of slave mentality is saftey regulators for auto companies. People could just walk in and buy cars, without worrying if experts worked day in day out making them safe to drive and holding companies responsible for faulty workman ship.... people dont need that

  • @disturbedfrog The "experts" always work for the people with the most money. It's cheaper to buy an expert than it is to build a safe car.

With that said; It is generally not in the best interest of auto makers to build unsafe cars, but none the less, an expert is usually only a false sense of security.

As long as the people keep acting like children, the state will keep acting like the parent by telling them what they can and can't do. Wouldn't it be better to take personal responsibility?

  • @VoteLib3rty and when everyone gets sick becuase of unsterilized milk what will you do. Go to the hospital where those experts work for the most money and obtain a false security or would you go to a homeopathy and get perscribed some water

  • @disturbedfrog With respect, you have a lot to learn about how the world really works. I absolutely would go the homeopathy route. Do yourself a favor and watch the movie zeitgeist parts2&3. It would probably be the fastest route to a better understanding. The government and modern medicine don't have your best interests in mind. Not that they don't have mostly good people working for them, it's those that are doing the steering that have other motivations.

  • @VoteLib3rty If you are recommending zeitgeist to me i'd say you have alot to learn about the world. I also have a stong understanding of modern medicine and biology. If you have a life threatening disease your going to go to a homeopath, eg HIV. If you want to pay money for a placebo fine by me

  • @disturbedfrog I recommend zeitgeist to you because you appear clueless as to how thing are run. Google The Medical Monopoly by Mullins. Bankers own the pharmaceutical industry which controls the AMA and what Doctors are taught. Notice how there are only treatments in "modern medicine" and rarely cures? Cures are the goal of Homeopathy to which there is great success. The vast majority of all drugs are based off of medicinal plants. Think critically about what you have been led to believe

  • @VoteLib3rty The reason there are no cures is becuase the biological problems are so complicated that we do not even have a complete view of the problem. How can you solve something that you do not understand. Some drugs are based on plants but lots are chemical analogs and have been designed specifically to have a certain effect. Homeopathay is completely ignorant to actual mechanisms of biology. How can you solve something with water memory which has no basis in real world science

  • @disturbedfrog This video is not about what cures what... It's an issue of freedom. If i wish to drink raw milk, that is my personal right and is the beautiful thing about the "ideals" on which we base our country. By deeming this unalienable right "illegal" we undermine the ideals on which our country was founded. Throw out all these damn discussions on health, ITS MY RIGHT TO EAT/ DRINK WHAT I FUCKING CHOOSE!

  • @thetimeofday591 but its the job of government to protect comsumers. Not all consumers understand the dangers of raw milk. On a small scale mabey they are small, but what if it begins selling to a larger group of people. More product, more risk of micro organisms. I could say its my right to be able to put what ever i want in my body, but thats not going to legalize drugs.

  • @thetimeofday591 and what cures what is an unrelated topic. we went off the point

  • @disturbedfrog Did you just compare milk to a narcotic? I won't even address the holes in that analogy. As I was saying, are country was founded on freedom. FREEDOM TO CHOOSE! Now, when it comes to something such as heroin and cocaine, sure ban it. Addictive drugs ruin lives and families in many cases. But, when it comes to food consumption (ie raw milk) the government has gone off the deep end with regulations. Sure, I am all for informing the public of pros and cons of any choice but...

  • @thetimeofday591 the hole is not in the analogy but your brain. I was using an example substance one might want but cannot have due to legal issues. What if someone died from raw milk...that would be a clear case of raw milk ruining a family, so by your analogy .. ban it. You know how many times U want to drive 300 km down the road... be free.... why this country is based on freedoms they cant take my freedom away to drive 300

  • @disturbedfrog And as far as regulating free markets why are cigarettes and alcohol allowed to be sold at all... I mean seriously if our "safety" as consumers truly valued by the bureaucrats in Washington and this isn't an issue of $ why are these marketable products? I mean, that is your argument right? Control the evil bacteria that will destroy our country? Over half a million people last year died due to alcohol/tobacco. Why isn't uncle Sam stepping in? Oh yea... there is money to be made..

  • @thetimeofday591 i agree with you in a sense. Upon thinking about it i guess i cant really argue that we should have the right to put what we want in our body, but with regulations of course. I guess as far as cigs go warning labels are as good as it gets

  • @disturbedfrog Put something on the damn label...saying its raw and possible side effects... HELL, that's what they do for cigarettes, alcohol, and a myriad of phramaceutical drugs that are pushed into the "market" every day... Like I said, freedom is the issue here... The fact that people SPECIFICALLY WANT raw milk, then they should be allowed that privilege just as you have the privilege to go drink a handle of Whiskey if you want...

  • @thetimeofday591 and by your analogy people should only be able to by raw milk if your over 18 with valid id (Cigarettes and Alcohol) and only if you have a doctors prescription (drugs). Like I said so suck on some teats but markets have regulations, in food specifically

  • @disturbedfrog You must be one of the dumb schmucks who cannot think for themselves. Derrr...derrr....der... uhh... the FDA approved this drug... derrr derr The govt. said it's okay for me to take .....derrr...derrr.... Vioxx is okay because the "government" said so... durrr... oh guess what... I am one of the nearly 30,000 people killed by vioxx...Now tell me... how many people are dropping dead cuz they drank raw milk... show me one fucking instance...

  • @thetimeofday591 wow the power of your persuasion almost escapes me.

  • @disturbedfrog If you as a consumer would like to remain fucking ignorant and place devoid yourself of the responsibility of knowing what you are putting in your body then great wonderful go ahead. go chew on some "FDA approved" pills. This is the point... If I want access to raw milk in the grocery store. Why should I be discriminated against? Oh, right I forgot. the "government" knows what's good for me. And if they get it wrong then what? You are gonna get really mad and demand answers?

  • @thetimeofday591 And as far as health goes... what is good for one person will kill another person so shut your fucking mouth regarding raw milk and safety. We aren't going to clear milk in general out of stores because people are lactose intolerant, nor are we going to stop selling wheat/soy because some people have adverse reactions to it. So why would we not allow the sale of raw milk. For some people it has nothing but positive health benefits.

  • @disturbedfrog Go be a fucking ignorant slave on your own time.

  • @disturbedfrog Diverting momentarily to health, I know MANY people who consume raw foods in all forms: meat, dairy, eggs, etc. I haven't heard of one case of them getting deathly ill from any of it. Of course this is circumstantial and not scientific by any means, but... as the saying goes... the proof is in the pudding. Why would so many people be living this life, eating these foods if they were not experiencing positive benefits? PS- I do not eat raw like them, but I think they deserve the..

  • Comment removed

  • @disturbedfrog right to eat what they want... and be able to access it in the store, just like we can access the food we prefer to eat in the store as well... Of course consumer protection is important, but that protection should be done through dissemination of information to the public, not by the infringement of the rights of other people to consume food how they want to consume it.

  • @disturbedfrog You know something... Maybe the governemnt should regulate fast food in this country. The obesity epidemic is slowly killing us from within. People should be tracked by satellites to ensure that they do not eat out more than 2 times per year. Remember, its about keeping people safe.

  • @VoteLib3rty and by the way what cure has homeopathy offered to anyone or anything thats actually reproducable and can work on a large scale?

  • @disturbedfrog Also, raw milk may not be your "thing" that you are passionate about. But what if one day you woke up and there was a fucking law saying you couldn't ride a motorcycle because the govt. said its not safe for you? What if they tell you that you can only eat spinach on Tuesdays? What if they tell you that you can't travel during Winter months? THE POINT OF THIS VIDEO IS FUCKING FREEDOM!!! Get a clue for fucks sake!

  • @thetimeofday591 Your examples are completely useless to the discussion. Were talking about a market system with buyers and sellers. No one is stopping you from going to a cow and sucking on its tits; go get some fresh raw milk. There is a difference, on the other hand, when the product enters the market. There are laws governing what can and cannot be sold and standards placed on them. I think preventing the growth of micro organisms is a fairly smart choice

  • @VoteLib3rty your channel reps alex jones and 911 conspiracy and your telling me to think critically.

  • What are the benefits / risks of consuming processed OR raw milk?

No conjecture or opinions allowed. Only facts.

The assertion that 95% of dairy farmers drink raw milk does me no good. All-caps does not make it fact. Besides, I'm an individual.

Publish these facts on labels. Allow consumers to make choices based on benefits and risks.

The problem with facts is most people do not consider them, and defer to belief, which is dangerous.

    Study facts, make choices.

    Opinions matter not.

  • what a stupid naive hot young girl... Geez girl, they want to kill us OK! Please accept this as a fact and take the fight to the big brother or we're dead.

  • 95% OF DAIRY FARMERS DRINK RAW MILK!

  • Max - if you check this - can you email me at holly2460606@yahoo.com - It''s Holly!!

  • I amdrinking raw milk, And if anyone tried to stop me fro drinking it i'll just shot them in the fucking head.

  • Those scumbag apparatchiks would resign if they had one ounce of dignity. They are ashamed and refuse to acknowledge their oath of office???????? They should be removed from office.

  • oh but it's ok to eat those chickens raised in the dark with hormones that make them so heavy their legs cannot even support them....well they can't go anywhere so they don't need legs....yeah that's healthy!!

  • So I can abort my child but I can't drink raw milk??? If all $300 Million Americans started drinking raw milk then there would be fewer illnesses. Which means the healthcare industry would take a huge financial hit. This governement does not want healthy citizens. Raw Milk defies the population control pundents. Read the Bible they drand raw mil.

  • it is time to attack any and all assults on our liberty and unite as one people in this common goal of freedom. It's time we, the people, start to govern the government! A.E.Barrell

  • Back to our roots!

    Priceless video, thank you :)

  • Thanks for doing so much to help people get healthy food! Your a superhero!

  • It's a police state.

  • "I bet five dollars you couldn't pass a polygraph test that says you read the whole thing.....".

    Perfect!!!!!!

  • I have a right to decide what I think is healthy for me! The government isn't going to tell me what I can drink! I drink raw whole milk every day. I'm not fat, sick OR dead!

  • Gov does not care about raw milk or any another product except to protect the rich [big producers or importers] and get rid of "annoying" competition.

Our government if a true MAFIA right now.

Time to vote and elect based on the quality of people and forget about parties: democrats versus republicans. Dems or Reps are ALL the same crooks, it's time to clean up "the barn", as Ross Perot said it years ago.

  • Government involvement is what ruined Dairy Farming in the US. Before the federal milk order you could sell your milk to whoever you wanted to at a profit. That this is still happening is sickening. Stop these ignorant crooks now.

  • Every man, woman and child in this country has the freedom guaranteed by our Constitution and Declaration of Independence to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." This means, every person has the right to be able to choose the food they want to put in their own body for their own health. This is not the government's job.

  • Dairymen are going under due to record low milk prices & gov. tell us a milk surplus is responsible. Gov. is sending 100,000's of dairy cattle into burger, ruining the beef market for the beef producers & driving out more small family dairies - at the same time our gov. is signing treaties w/countries like New Zealand to bring in their DAIRY PRODUCTS. Corporates like Kraft are importing MILK PROTEINS from China, etc. & most of your CHEESE is made from THAT - no way to know if melamine is in it.

  • Control of dairy products has more to do w/control of private property than it does w/food safety. 1,000's of Am. family dairies have gone out of business. Our state used to have 1,000's, now there are less than 10 having milk picked up in the whole southern half of our state & most of our milk is being shipped halfway across the nation in unrefrigerated trucks. We used to produce more than our state could consume! WHO is this benefitting? Ask the hard questions!

  • I was raised on raw milk from infancy to my young adulthood. I'm now 79 and feel great!!! Look what happened to my favorite pep me up drink, egg nog. Eggs are shipped in from God knows where and I have no immunity to the eggs that are shipped in, so...I can't enjoy an egg nog any longer for fear of poisoning myself!

  • Our family has been drinking raw milk for GENERATIONS - not just a couple of us for a few years - scores of us for hundreds of years & we've NEVER been sick from raw milk! With today's scientific testing, parasite controls, etc. there's no excuse for a dairy animal that;s not healthy & can make you sick - healthy clean animals CAN'T make you sick! Check out how many 10,000's have been made sick by PROCESSED milk tho - way more than you know! More than RAW MILK. Get the FACTS! Stop the tyranny!

  • I personally would not drink raw milk, But who the hell am I to tell anyone how to live their lives. I am not. Anyone has the right to suggest or advise.

No one has the right to criminalize or force another on their Free choice.

Why not criminalize kids that eat chalk, or put a fucking food tax on it??? So at least those kids can buy their way out of jail?

    KILL THE Anti-Freedom reps...

    LIBERTY OR DEATH!!!

In Vietnam- American soldiers saved a bullet for themselves, and spent most on the commies

  • This sounds like our SICK government can care less if you eat tree bark and drink piss, as long as it does NOT cause competition.

I am not joking, there that must be forced to resign or assassinated in order for the Country and people to survive in a freedom based America.

Assassinations might have to come in self defense and No Confidence in their closest representative officials, if peoples representation is being sold out...The last resort is the hardest. Americas wars should to. Lastly.

  • The government is out control!

  • Fight on the Side of Max Kane!

Fight on the Side of FREEDOM!

    Wake Up America!

    Take away BIG BAD Government.

Let's Legalize the Constitution - and Let's start living like FREE Americans!!!

  • Thanks for getting the truth out there

  • This issue of not being able to purchase raw milk is such a stupid reflection of our system.....geared strictly towards putting more money into fewer and fewer pockets, and using the dairy farmer as a puppet for corporate greed. Shame on us for allowing this to continue. remember, every dollar you spend is a vote for what you believe in. Put your money where your heart is.

  • Awesome! Raw milk is not a crime!!!!

  • good luck Max, this video is fantastic

  • MAX KANE ROCKS.

I'm a family dairy farmer being persecuted in Wisconsin.

These "Food Safety" people he's talking to are bad, bad people, doing tremendous damage to Wisconsin farms, family dairy farms so hurting.

    SUPPORT MAX!
