Let me tell you why I hate my Lennar home. They built it on a former military bomb range in Orlando, Florida. (search Pinecastle Jeep Bomb Range) Hundreds of families lost their life savings since Lennar never disclosed the fact during the initial sale. Lennar walked away from the issue and never offered to compensate the homeowners in any way after our home values plummeted when the news went public.
They are an unethical builder and should be avoided at all costs.
