  • who is the girl pictured on the albulm

  • Folk/Hippie music..right on

  • Get Trees to Cropredy! Come on Fairport, admit they equalled you. That lead guitarist can rival Richard, in a different way.

  • IN 1970 SAW TREES IN ABERDEEN SUPPORTING FLEETWOODMAC BLEW ME AWAY SATILL THE SAME TOFDAY

  • Trees are a discovery for me. I thought I knew all the outstanding 'gothic folk' bands, or whatever. Ta.

  • This is great. After 29 years, I'm hearing a Trees songs I never heard before. Trees are my most cherished band ever. They go into areas that are of such deep magic. I wish there was a forum or yahoo group for their fans.

  • @radiofreeraven

I discovered Trees listening to my transmitter radio under the bed pillow (teenager, forbidden!) - Kid Jenson, radio Luxembourg, 1970. He played Sally Free and Easy and I knew I had found a rival to Fairport. I raved about them to my Cream loving friends, but no one believed me. An underated band, but On the Shore is uttery amazing.

  • great track !

Trees are an outstanding folk prog band...

  • I always marveled at the fact that this wasn't on the original tracklist! Such a great tune! My second favorite by them.

  • Thanks!

  • What album is it?

  • Too bad this fantastic band made only 2 LP`s.

  • There is a live double album around, too - but it has never had a legal release.

  • yes i am aware of that. I have seen the coverpic on Rate Your Music.
