Because the intro is four bars of a loop. If you listen carefully to where the drums drop out you can hear the loop still playing and then the drums coming back in.

No I diddn't, it's a loop at that point. If you listen to the rest of the track it becomes obvious that the pattern that appears at 0:19 is a loop.
