you do know that fraps has an inbuild option to record 'system sounds' ( the game audio) as well as a 'record from microphone' option as well dont you?
@brendanRawrs yes the problem is you don't have as much control of the vocal audio if its just mixed in with the game sounds as well, with individual tracks you can make your audio louder than the games, also your voice is always quieter on the recording if you record with fraps instead
