Its not our job to judge why they are making this worship album. That is for God to truly know in their hearts.

I for one will enjoy this as finally a rock band did some of the Worship songs that I really like.

as for the comments here...Why is it that "Christians", the ones who have been shown the Greatest love ever displayed by anyone, are so extremely critical?

As a musician, and most imprtantly as a Christian, I play in Worship to God, and I believe these guys do the same!

I think you guys are ridiculous... the ones who are being critical with this. If the band is led by God to do a worship CD who are you to judge. This band has done so much for me.. They have encourages when I was down and they can really minister to those who have been caught in the trap of the world, drugs alcohol, etc. The vocals are awesome, the music rocks and the lyrics speak to the heart. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY DO FOR THE MONEY.

Eh, this is really mediocre. I get tired of bands constantly trying to do whatever is making money at the moment in the industry instead of being really creative and trying something nobody has done before.

I really hope this post was some sort of joke. I can promise you, especially in this world, that Worship albums are not at the top of the charts with sales. However, being a Christian, I can see this CD being sold. Why? Because what is more enjoyable as a Christian than being able to Worship Him to a great CD. I hope you re-evaluate what you said and if you're a Christian, I challenge your faith.

I agree with brits9876. If you listened to the other Seventh Day Slumber albums, they are way different. This new album is way out of their league. I'm not saying their a bad band, but they need to stick with the rock. Most Christian Rock bands, like Seventh Day Slumber, have a worship album out. I think it's for the money at this point. I'm not saying it is, but it's a possibility.

Sorry Tyler but I would have to say your wrong. I would also have to say that you don't know Seventh Day. I have seen the band three times, they are not in it for the money they are in it for God. Making a worship album is not selling out it is giving glory back to God. Let them honor God with their music!

Surrender is getting alot of radio play around here, and man... It still has that classic SDS sound, going along with all these great worship songs. I'm excited, because we just don't get very many rock worship albums.
