@sleeve318 Well, a rope dart is attached to the opposite hand via a noose. The throwing hand guides the rope through (which is usually about 12-15 ft long). If the guy isn't using a chain whip he is using a very short rope as if it were a chain whip. Short line and arcing techniques. The little deal he goes through is chain whip 101. Now, maybe he was using a rope dart to demo a chain whip thing, I don't know.

thecubeisyou, its much longer than whip chain and more flexable. take it from me I can use both.
This guy is great, I think its a northern style due to the amount of high kicks.
