  • It's weird , the ending of that song actually made me laugh because I wasn't expecting it. I would have never never never thought that the way you press keys on a keyboard could evoke humor, but go figure. Great job.

  • it's!!!

  • Paul, how do you afford the colour printer cartridges to print off those bloody placards?!

  • @Richiepookinshoo I just had a run of replacing two colors and the black and the drum and it was very expensive.

  • nice! Its so fun sounding!

  • Do you have the sheet music for this song/do you know where I could find it? Thanks

  • That's awsome man! Love it. Where do you get all these great scores from? Unless, do you transcribe them?? if so that's very awesome as well.

  • nice man! could you do the ''intermission'' theme, by the way, love your digital piano

  • tut plz!

  • thumbs up is you also use your fist to hit the last notes

  • I need a tutorial for this right now.

  • I'm not a musician, so go easy on me. It says piano, but I have never seen the various "things" that are above the keys before so is it a piano in the conventional sense?

  • @AbuAvital I would call it a digital piano, meaning that its main use is as a piano, and its main feature is the quality of its piano sound. The things on the board above the keyboard to the left let you control the tone and reverb; and the things to the right are additional sounds which you can mix in with the piano sound to accompany it.

  • There is sheet music for this. It's the Liberty Bell March by John Phillip Sousa.

  • tutorial!

P.S. liberty bell march is the name of the piece

  • Tutorial please!

  • Oh thats sooooo awesome I am sharing this on facebook no lie and :P you added the foot!

  • Make a tutorial for this.

  • @ultimatenerd22 agreed

  • @ultimatenerd22 votes = 5

  • @paulwwells 6 now! and count me for the queen medley to!!! :)

  • it's...

  • @jentrok ha ha - yes I remember

  • @paulwwells how much longer do we have to wait, before you make a tutorial or write down the sheet? :(

  • You know what, you should replace the last note with the famous Amadeus movie part, when he farts, imitating Salieri

  • Added to favourites

  • Awesome. You dont happen to have the sheets for this, do you? :)

  • Comment removed

  • @AlligatorJack01 This song has 4 tutorial votes now.

  • @paulwwells So?

There's still no tutorial here yet, tho :D

    When are you making one?

    Plus, sheets are better :)

  • Seriously.. Walking bass on left hand and back beat chords + melody on the right.... It shouldn´t be possible =) Needless to say... Awesome

  • @TheConnyB Thank you. I think you've discovered my main trick there - I do that on nearly everything now

  • @paulwwells can you please please make a tut or even better send me the sheets for this!?!? :))) I would gladly appreciate it :)

  • You should have played the last note with your foot while farting. ;)

  • @SniperMaske I did give serious consideration to citing the camera from behind and playing naked.

  • I didn't expect the Spanish Inquisition

  • that's pretty boss

  • epic piano playing, great job this looks like a fun song to learn/play. I have listen to this a dozen times now this song never gets old..

i googled for the sheets for it like you said and i couldn't find the same verison of this, do you remember the site from where you got the sheet music? thumbs up ;)

    Cal

  • Shhet music or tutorial would be great for this!

  • @somethingesoteric This now has 2 votes for a tutorial

  • @paulwwells make it three dammit!

  • Love your playing.

    And the foot.

  • Mont-Y Py-thon's Flaiying Circus-s-s-s-s

  • The music is the Liberty Bell March by John Phillip Sousa. Thanks to Monty Python, I can't listen to it without laughing (or expecting a giant foot to fall from the sky).

  • You should do another version of this, but instead of the pang at the end, edit the foot stomping the video down and going "PHRRPT"

  • Wow. please make a tutorial video for this. I'd love to learn it :)

  • @deathscythe607

I totally agree, this should have a tutorial.

    please paulwells!

  • Do you think you could put it in some sheet music? I would love to learn to play this.

  • @Fritz102 run a google search for liberty bell sheet music - it comes up a few times

  • I get a strange delight from watching these piano videos. Just how effortless it looks. I love them. The Question Time one is my favourite!

  • Lol! I love the bashing at the end =P

  • you have to The beatles - Lady madonna

also i would highly recommend listening to some erik satie

  • And now for something completely different...

  • Monty Python's Flying Circus-s-s-s-s-s-ssssss

  • nice outro

  • Never mind it IS ON ITUNES

  • I mean "The Liberty Bell" NOT ON ITUNES!

  • I played this in my school's band in called "The Librity Bell"

  • Seriously, coud you be any more awesome? I dont think so. <3 Thanks man

  • i utterly adore this video! especially the foot on the keyboard :) i was in utter hysterics for the whole video. Thank you for the best thirty seconds ever :D

  • Thanks NickXDDX :)

  • paulwwells can you do this theme tunes:

Only Fools and Horses Beginning and Ending theme

    Fawlty Towers

The Young Ones Beginning and Ending theme

    Bottom Beginning and Ending theme

    and James Bond theme

  • NONE SHALL PASS

  • British national anthem anyone?

  • Anything's better than that dreary waltz

  • Concurred.

  • @OneAndForAll

Haha, but it's the LIBERTY BELL MARCH. It'd be a bit of puzzler to have a United States Patriotic March for the UK national anthem wouldn't it?

  • The Theme Tune to Monty Python is called "Liberty Bell" by John Philip Sousa.

  • I lol at the end how you use your fist to do the last few notes.

  • aWsOmE!!! Plz do a tutorial or something i must learn how to play that!! i would really like thata PLZ :)

  • I can E-mail you the HOLE sheet if you like.

  • yees! i would really like that, you got my e-mail?

    Be happy(:

  • You did not give me your email. :S

  • waw great video keep up the good work :p

  • i love the ending!

good wayy of not making the fart sound so you dnt burst out laughing!

  • very very good really enjoyed it.did you play it by ear or sheet music.

  • Thanks Paul Allen 34. I play nearly everything by ear.

  • It's in F Major.

  • omg we had to play this in band and it was surprisingly very difficult! it was much faster and longer tho.

  • cool you've almoste got the same name as me :p

  • lol! the dark knight is AWESOME!

  • uhu i'm an agent of chaos xd lol it's the best film so far if ya ask me hope the next one will even be better :)

  • lol. i totally agree that its the best film of all time!!!!!!! THERE"S GUNNA B A NEXT ONE?!?!?! omgomgomg!!! its gunna be hard to find a joker better than heath ledger! :'( he was a GREAT actor. its a shame he had to die young....RIP heath!

  • and yeah heath ledger was the best verry sad that he had to die that early and for his doughter rip and as far as i heard there was talk to make a new one something with the ridler (johny depp ) in it but it has been a while that i've heard from it so i'm not shure if they'll make it but i'm shure you'll find something on google about it :) and i think noboddy can be better then heath in the joker not even jack nikolsen

  • yea...his daughter didnt even no him since she was so young. :( but johnny depp as the ridler.....that wood be good i think. johnny depp is another GREAT actor! i think he wood do great. and i agree about jack nikolson.

  • yeah i think it's a pitty for his doughter and yeah johnny depp is a nice acteur :)

  • hehehe i like the foot

  • What key is it in?

  • Just check ou all the flats/sharps he plays, as i guess he plays at least one of every key, then work it out. I notice he plays lots of B flats, which points to F major perhaps?

  • He's playing it in F

  • Great video! This is one of the best tv themes there is :D

  • Oh, by the way...Well done! Love it!

  • Great. I love the fist on the piano at the end. LMAO

  • Mmmm...fists are great for that perfectly skewed chord. Guaranteed success every time! Just don't do it too hard. A ruined keyboard is not considered a particularly desirable outcome! : )

  • Now all you need is a foot to come down, and a *raspberry* noise at the end!

  • here here.

  • wow that was great! was it very difficult to learn?

also, the sound quality is fantastic i'm impressed :)

  • can you like give me the notes

  • lol I actually went "PHRRP" and stamped my foot at the end. Again, fantastic playing, paul.

  • Holy crap that is so cool!

i love monty python's flying circus, everyone talks about the movies but they never know about flying circus. Where did you get the music for that?? and yeah it is actually quite cleverly made.

    Thanks mate :)

  • Hi Kingojacks,

Thanks very much. I don't have any printed music - but I expect that you can buy it.

I didn't know that flying circus was the name of just the TV series.

  • another comment.. (Friend of our just got married to this tune!)

  • Awesome! that's what i'll do if i get married!

  • Love this version of the liberty bell march :) Played the version for wind ensemble in highschool band.

  • It is an 'encouraging' tune. I don't think it will ever be disassociated from Python though.

  • Brought to you by John Philip Sousa, The Liberty Bell march.

  • Thanks for that - I didn't know. I'm sure he would be please to hear this song still being played, but not sure if he would approve of the reason why.

  • Haha great!!! Good 'ol python

  • Hi PepsiTardis. Glad you liked this version. Thanks for favoriting my other video. Please post a reply video when you have your camera.

  • I can play this on my flute! Well technically, the original schubert is what I have to play, but it's literally exactly the same! Your amazing at piano! =D
