Bangers and Mash would be awesome, the onion gravy is probably the most important part of the meal so if you get that right it will be delicious.

Yes you can use any green that you would like, faster cooking greens like spinach... I would add that later in the cooking process.

Kale take a while to cook to get tender... it just tastes very green, and is very crisp, but not crisp as cabbage.

mm i love soup, -drools- ever had black bean soup? so nice, my dad made up this recipe that i think had chilis and bayleaf in it and a whole load of ther stuff in it , was realy goood

After I saw this I went to the store bought some bread and pt olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it... idk why you gave me the idea... when i was in the store someone dropped wine and cottage cheese :D it was funny! :D lol
