@AKAtheA There are NO problems running a car on hydrogen, the pistons DO NOT BURN THROUGH...we have vehicles with OVER 200,000 miles on them with pure hydrogen. Please STOP spouting MYTHs. The automotive manufactures NEVER had a problem making a car run on hydrogen (I was an engineer at Chrysler for 10 Years - in Vehicle Development) the problem is getting the hydrogen in the first place. That is why I have so many books and DVDs on making hydrogen and other fuels USH2 (-dot-) com

@analyzingfunny just silicon and lye...(and a way to keep the engine from melting when running on hydrogen)

@AKAtheA The ENGINE WILL NOT MELT!!! In fact, it runs COOLER on Hydrogen than on gasoline.

@knowpub then why were major car manufacturers having such problems with running a car engine on pure hydrogen?
Technically speaking, the engine doesn't melt, it's "just" the pistons that burn through...
