I dont get what exactly hellsing is about, isnt the main charecter an immortal vampire?

so why base the storyline off of killing what you cant kill?

Hellsing is about Alucard (that big vampire in red) working for the Hellsing family because he has been inslaved probably for the best because if he was free he would probably destroy the world for the fun of it. Hellsing kills off other minor vampire that are getting in the way of the queen of england. Oh and the blonde is Seras Alucard turns her into a vampire in the first episode. I highly recommend watching Hellsing Ultimate (the OVA) because it fallows the manga and has better animation!

lol thats a good question. I dont like Hellsing for the blood and gore, I like it more for the cool twisted storyline and the characters. And I dont like bad language either so yeah. Im not a big fan of blood/gore or language.

You have a very good point, my main concern with the swearing has to do with the fact that my young son has been on an F word kick lately and I'm trying to limit the amount of times he hears it. Compared with some of the stuff on the cartoon stations now, this clip isn't that bad.
