It is a silly joke that Jeremy repeats over and over again. If you have watched his video "Top 100 Cars", there's a scene where a Transit van overtakes a Cobra with a Lotus engine. Jeremy suggests that professionals with vans drive like maniacs, and can beat anything on the road.
"recalcitrant" lol, he seemed so much more serious back then. Still brilliant tho!
