This is why I love the Extreme Conditioning Perk [Call of Duty 4]

The perk is alright.. it sucks that it does not give you double sprint time after every sprint.. it looks like it gives you double sprint time after time has passed between sprinting

1st you didnt jump on stairs, 2nd running with ak is slower, 3rd no way you wouldnt get a nade on your forehead with an experience team defending

It is ifinity ward that guy dont now what he on about, the guys who made COD4 never made COD5 there 2 different groups, one group makes one, one year and the other the other year, so the people who made COD4 are making CODMW2 (COD6)

COD4 = IW COD 5 = treyarch COD 6 = IW

It enlarges the time you can sprint. I dont know if it also has any impact on jumping or something, or makes you sprint harder, but you can sprint like 2 times longer then without the perk.

i use extreme conditioning with uav jammer and silencer then get to the enemies spawn and hide somewhere and pick em off 1 by 1

its fun lol

that was pretty cool! I can imagine most of them are still stood around near their spawn, choosing what gun they are going to use haha 5/5 although I don't think I would ever use it, need steady aim lol

Problem with this is if your team mates dont have ExCnd they will be a bit behind and the enemy will be almost there anyway so can be nasty in some situations.
