I have always had a deep hatred for Griffith this episode. Griffith had it all, fame, power, the respect from the king. All he had to do was wait a year, gain another promotion or two and the king would have happily and gladly given his daughter to him. If he hadn't been so greedy, so impatient........ couldn't Griffith see Gattsu wanted to attain something on his own, something meaningful?
@zodd1985 It depends on the version you read or watch. Due to originally being in Japanese it can be "Gatts" "Guts" "Gutsu" or even "Gattsu". Guts is the default for the English version of the manga though.
Bleach and Naruto are just merchandise products -.- Seen both, Bleach up to 90 and Naruto 1-220 + 52 episodes of shippuuden but i cant be arsed. Naruto seems to be aiming for a 50/50 story/story-fillers ratio wtf :P
Berserk cant be compared with these two, its two "dimensions" better ^^ nice amv too
That was the saddes episode other then the ending. Imagine. Guts became family to them and he just left. you can tell it even hurt him. But then Guts never knew what was going to happen after he left.

Yeah it would be nice if they would do a great series like this to the finnish. Its atleast 1000 times better than both Bleach and Naruto put together.

I can't believe that it has really been 4 months. wow wth. time huh. paak is a useless character and yet they make him do a few things that make the story go on. if you take him out, the hwole story changes, but still, a fuckin elf? I dont need to fuckin laugh, man up or buck up and deal with it.

Pakk's a character (as of the later volumes of the manga) used to bring a little humour and diversity to Berserk. Without him, Berserk risks getting a little repetitive; "Gattsu goes off and slaughters yet more enemies, gets injured, yet continues on". Also, Pakk's a good way to allow Gattsu to be healed quick = more fights = less "fillers", with the protagonist unable to do anything...

BErserk anime is like advert to read the manga .... in my opinion manga is better then anime, but Caska is more beautiful in anime:P ....Good AMV :) 5
puck has done some really important stuff though: He saved Gatt's life a few times by healing him, he helped him escape from Farnese, and he helped save Caska and Ishidoro from the inquisition imps.
Berserk left me with quite mixed feelings.. started slow, the middle was genious, but the end was disapointing. It had the best character design I ever seen in any anime... as for the video? I think it's great, music fits just great with the moment.
It could have been sooo much better.... All you did was just use the 2 clips from that episode.. If you put more work into it, it could have been awsome...
