Monologue with American Standard Accent

I don't think her Brazilian accent was bad. The thing that gave her way was trying to use words in Portuguese, like cachaca.

To be honest, your Brazilian accent sounded much like an English speaker trying to speak Portuguese (which I think you guys will never get it, hehe!)

I figured out what it's missing! This was pretty dang good for someone on their own, but Americans as a whole open their mouths horizontally more than they do vertically, which is the predominant way of the world. It shows in words like "here" and "eggs". Try, when you go for those words, to open your mouth horizontally when being louder rather than vertically (this is why alot of american singers suck)

I should say that I am American and though have spent most of my life in Australia I have lived in the states...predominately California and Texas...and all my family is from the US. But in saying that I do hear what your saying. thanks heaps
