Okay I've got it. Judging from how Travis was left out of the Royale until Dr. Letz Shake was left standing, all the combatants were actually 11-22 fighting to fill the blank #10 slot.

I wonder how the doctor beat Henry? I'm guessing it was in a place that didn't have "safe areas" for the quakes. I mean, Henry's fast, but he couldn't outrun an earthquake.
@AchmeZe This was lightly integrated into No More Heroes 1. I think it's to always let you know you're playing a video game. That is, instead of immersing you in the game world, you're kept out of it by constant reminders.

@hutyro Yeah, she can't visit Travis's room during then, so you can't save at will. She will sitll automatically save after each boss battle though.
