Another thing, the black pirahnas are called Munchers. I getting a little sick of seeing them referred to as just "black pirahnas" in every hack vid I see.

Try putting the goal point first, but move it down one tile. THEN put the pipe over the bottom tile and it will hide those 2 bush tiles.

Actually, to be more precise, the "Black Piranhas" are officially known as "Hungry Muncher POlants". They are baby piranha plants.

What CrackerAttacker1 and DJGalax44 said. However, I oppose BarfsOnYou. I think sufficiently many pirahna plants have their edges exposed. The level would still be easier to finish with Yoshi of course.

3-up moon should not be hard to get but hard to find. Apparent flaw.

Overall I think this level lacks that professional touch. A part of the reason for this is probably that I always thought of the yellow horizontal things as bamboos rather than pipes.

Final score from me, 3 stars.

What I slightly pity about this level is that if you have yoshi, you can walk right over the black pirhana plants, making this level extremely easy. They would still hurt you if you hit their side, but barely any plants have their sides exposed to the open, so... yeah..

1. 3-Up Moon was too easy to get.

2. If the player have learned how to spin jump, then this level would be very easy.

3. Goal point is messed up. Fix it. Zafrave already told how.

And I know you know that you can spin jump off of most enemies and after looking at the vid, what enemy placement there was, was intended to be a trap can just be spin jumped off of instead and used to get through the level. Something you may want to consider. These include the plants that come out of pipes.

I've been Mario romhacking for a while and I need to be honest in a way. Most people that play romhacks use save states, so extra lives are really pointless to include, especially the moons. The fact you finished the level with 11 lives while you started it with 6 is way too much.
