I would not leave them out days. You can quickly warm it in your hands by rolling. An hour out of the frig should do the trick. Remember the interior of any sterile package, not touched and face up on the table can provide a sterile field to lay things on. (you can google "Sterile technique or Sterile Field" for more information. Remind me to talk to you about the idea of the gate theory of pain in giving injections.
