Is this set pretty rare now? I just got it for £41 on eBay, bit much for me but man, when Scorch came out I couldnt find him anywhere, I havent collected since ROTS but I do love RC so I had to get this! Love your videos by the way, fantastic UK YouTuber!

This set is pretty good. The only thing that I wish was done is that a Sniper rifle was given to Sev, since that is what his main training is.

i like how you had sev and scorch and boss and fixer because the pairs are how they tend to be sev and scorch are the closest of the squad and thats why at the end of the game scorch takes his mia status the hardest but if you read the books they are a very close pair and fixer and boss tend to work things out as a pair aswell i really wish i had this set the commandos rock lolz dose anyone know where i may find em other then ebay

the red is not blood sev armor is paint is like this before geonosis as you can see in the training scene of the game

at the end of the game after delta squad loose contact whit sev if you look at the turret whit the sniper scope you can see sev still manning the turret even after he say that he is outnumbered

If you play republic commando you can clearly see that geonosian blood is orange like real life arthropod(with the exception of the limulidae and few other species). you can also see that trandoshan blood is green and battle droid oil it dark blue whit a little bit purple .

this was a great pack but to be honest the geonosian was very dissapointing i personally thought it was an incredibly weak character to add it wouldve been amazing to have a new figure inspired by the game like a trando merc/elite, geo elite or id even settle for their funky battle droid or super with removable chest  Thumbs up if you agree

Wow! The articulation is a huge plus in my book :D And it's good to see Scorch finally get a wide release, rather than being a rare-as-fuck saga figure :P The detail on these guys is just fantastic, vast improvments over the original Commando molds.

Really need to pick this up when and if I ever manage to find this set :P

The coolest thing would be if Hasbro made a line for just Clone's and they had a body glove type thing and pieced out armor, bassicly a miniature Sideshow Figure and the Series was better quality, I don't know how to really explain it but it would be a higher end series of Clone Figures that were like $10-$12 Dollars and not alot were made...just a idea.

It is NOT Geonosian blood! If you play the game you can clearly see Geonosian blood is orange when it splashes on the visor!

@SithLord229 It isn’t Geonosian blood. His armor was painted that way before he ever went to Geonosis. No one actually knows if it is actual blood though or if it is just blood-red paint. He’s a bit of a psychopath so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was actual blood. XD

@SithLord229 Nice review. I just read up on Sev to figure out the answer to the question and stop the debate you and Capnrex1 are having. It's paint. He decorated it with Blood-Red paint. Here's a quote, from Wookieepedia, The Star Wars Wiki,"He decorated his armor with blood-red markings that some had trouble distinguishing whether it was paint he used, or real blood." Note it said blood red MARKINGS, and SOME had trouble distinguishing it, so, sorry I couldn't take your side, it's paint.

If it was blood, surely it would change as time passed, he'd get more blood on him etc. However it never changes in the game, in Delta Squad's first mission on Geonosis Sev has the blood, even on Kamino in the cutscenes!

Echo's eel blood hand print in the Clone Wars never changes either, so by that logic, Sevs markings can't not be ruled out as blood.

However with Sev if the designs on his helmet were blood, then he would gradually gain more blood splatters. It does not change the fact that at the very start of the game on Kamino, Sev has the helmet décor, not even Sev would go round killing fellow clones to splash blood on his helmet.

A rather steep £39.99, but they're totally worth it! Especially considering how sought after they are, and how much people spent on them at Comic-Con! Both sets are worth the price, but it wouldn't suprise me if this one vanished fast, and the Force Unleashed pack was on clearance by Christmas!

Did you mention these figures are based on the Clone Commandos Evolutions pack's "Fi" from Omega Squad? He would have been the first Republic Commando that was articulated properly. Shouldn't say it, but I got two of those and customised them into Imperial Commandos.. but I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out :)
